Wir waren leider nur ein paar Tage dort. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Nicht direkt im größten Touristenlärm, aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel sieht super aus, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein Buffet mit europäischem und Thai Essen. Der Strand und das Meer laden zum Baden ein.

В целом все было хорошо. Номера не новые, но функционально все работает. Небольшой минус, отсутствие кондиционера в ванной комнате - надо держать дверь в ванную комнату открытой, чтобы она охлаждалась.

外面環境很好，室內環境有點舊了，床不是很舒服。但是離海灘很近，很方便，沙灘也很好，晚上還有表演。

這家酒店位於查汶海灘的中心點，酒店乾淨、整潔、裝飾精美，房間的顏色搭配是我最喜歡之一。員工服務態度熱情周到，泳池旁提供泰式按摩服務還挺不錯的，早上6點之前起床還能在沙灘上觀日出🌅

房間可以的，我住的一樓帶院子，院子衞生還是不太講究，有個單獨的泳池，或者説叫泡池，臟的，蟲子屍體，樹葉子一池子，我還光屁股跳進去了。。。。。其他的就是服務，海邊 bar 的一個短頭髮小哥，服務那叫一個差，感覺他是來玩的，你是服務員，提任何需求都一臉嫌棄，這就是一顆老鼠的故事了，不過整體不錯，下次還可以住！ 對了，海邊 bar 的漢堡千萬別點，太難吃了，生蠔也是，吃了竄稀，日出倒是美麗，6:01 分日出，我看了好久，然後跳進去海里洗個了澡回去睡了個回籠覺。

金絮其外敗絮其中。一開始接待感覺還不錯，結果入住不到半小時，停了5次電，在房間蒸桑拿。修了兩次看着貌似修好了。等晚上11點多回來，直接斷電，怎麼插卡都沒用。臨時給換了一間房，不僅沒升級還降級了，靠近馬路酒吧多音響聲貫穿到3點還沒停，硬熬着睡著了。結果半夜上廁所從門上掉下一衹壁虎，嚇得一夜睡不踏實。9點不知道是廚房備菜還是什麼又綁綁聲不停，又醒了。因為行李實在太多，想着再熬一天算了，結果第二天晚上回來發現被子上很多蟲，因為太累還是忍着睡了，第三天身上就很癢很難受。整個住宿下來，太災難了，完全沒休息好。 總結一下，旅行這麼多次體驗最差最差的酒店，沒有之一！

The location of this hotel is indeed very good, and the decoration facilities are also very Southeast Asian style, but some of the service staff are really difficult to accept. Firstly, in the middle of the night, the service staff seemed to be wandering around, making several phone calls to ask for some necessary supplies, but they promised not to deliver them. Finally, they all went to the front desk to get them themselves. I was informed that the drinks provided in the room would only be provided for the first time during my stay. I stayed for 4 consecutive nights and received such a response. However, when I checked out, I was also very unhappy. I was notified to pack our luggage and leave in 10 minutes, which was really funny. I hope the hotel management can optimize the process, after all, it is to enjoy life, the price is not cheap, and the service details are too poor to tolerate.
