InterContinental Koh Samui Resort, an IHG Hotel

訂的春節期間的泳池別墅，體驗很好，過了一個很舒服的春節，飯吃的也很好，服務真的超級好，spa也超級舒服，以後還會再來的，真的超美的酒店。

十分🔟滿意的一次旅行體驗，酒店的服務極好，雖然是老酒店但是維護的非常不錯，酒店的地理位置風景極佳，入住的房型房間推窗就是一望無際的大海，特別安靜，酒店也有出海遊玩的服務項目，一切都非常方便，早餐非常豐富，食材也很好很新鮮，選擇品種繁多。

房間非常漂亮，可以直接看到大海，周邊樹木很棒，放鬆心情絕佳之地。 可以每天參加酒店的免費活動，在大海和森林深處感受自然，半山半海非常爽。

酒店的位置非常偏僻，打車很困難，摩托車的話甚至都很難叫到。從酒店大堂到房間需要走一小段樓梯，每天外出玩後回到酒店還得爬樓梯才能到房間，這有點煩人。房間有一股霉味，雖然噴了香水試圖掩蓋，但我不太喜歡有霉味的房間。而且，酒店提供的免費水是玻璃瓶裝的，這種水非常難喝，我認為這個價格的酒店不應該存在這種如此低質的水。房間的裝修風格也可以改善，許多地方沒有被合理利用。值得一提的是，房間的露台每晚都可以看到非常多的星星，我人生中從未見過如此多的星星，這是一個很大的加分點。 不過，酒店大堂的風景非常美麗，擁有無邊的海景，還有專屬的海景餐廳。此外，客房服務的食物也不錯，訂單在20分鐘內就能送到，算是相當快。工作人員的態度和服務都很好，但我不明白為什麼每天會有工作人員上來打掃房間多次，我認為只需清潔一次就夠了，這讓我有點困擾。不過，他們的清潔工作做得非常仔細，環境也很整潔。總括來說，這家酒店還是不錯的，只是位置有點偏遠，到機場需要一個多小時。如果你自駕的話會更合適。 The hotel is located in a very remote area, making it difficult to get a taxi, and it's almost impossible to get a motorcycle taxi. To get from the hotel lobby to the room, you have to walk up a small flight of stairs, which can be a bit annoying after a long day out. The room has a musty smell; although they sprayed some air freshener to cover it, I'm not fond of musty rooms. Additionally, the complimentary water is in glass bottles, and this kind of water is quite unpleasant to drink. I believe that a hotel at this price point should not offer such low-quality water. The room decor could also be improved, as many areas are not utilized efficiently. One of the highlights is the terrace where you can see an incredible number of stars every night; I've never seen so many stars in my life, which is definitely a huge plus. However, the view from the hotel lobby is absolutely stunning, with an unobstructed view of the sea, and there is a dedicated sea-view restaurant. Moreover, the food from room service is quite good, delivered within about 20 minutes, which is fairly quick. The staff's attitude and service are excellent, but I don't understand why there are staff members coming to clean the room multiple times each day. I think that cleaning once is sufficient, which can be a bit bothersome. On the positive side, they do a thorough and tidy job of cleaning. Overall, this hotel is quite nice, but the location is a bit remote; it takes over an hour to get to the airport. It would be more suitable for those who are driving.

在蘇梅島的幾天裏住的最好的酒店，酒店大堂里居高臨下的海景一線太漂亮了，房間也很大，從客房到海灘有一條棧道直通，也可以乘坐電瓶車，值得推薦的度假村酒店！
