SCOOTER SCAM!!! We passed 3 nights at Pim bungalow. The room was pleasant, big bathroom and in room fridge, the mattress was a bit hard but everything was generally fine. We rented a scooter with them but it was a mistake. When I gave back the scooter, they charged us for a damage we didn't do : the exhaust pipe cover was totally damaged. I didn't understand how it happened because we didn't touch anything with the scooter. After checking the video I took when collecting the scooter, I noticed this spare part had been changed (different markings) between the moment we took the scooter and the moment we gave it back (but they didn't expect me to see that). So they changed it during the night to make us pay, big scam... and of course they were saying they didn't change anything and I had to pay 300 baht to have back my passport (they wanted me to pay 650 baht). They also trapped the group after me for the same spare part. This family looks nice but are in reality are scammers, don't trust them!

These are by no means luxury bungalows and would suit people on a small budget who are happy to rough it a bit. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the shop onsite was very convenient! Recommend bringing a mozzy net. The bungalow is ideally located for lush beaches and nice restaurants. Roots was particularly nice.
