It is an expensive place and you expect 5 star service, so the accommodation was well built but very minimalistic and the staff was not that helpful I order taxi for 2 people and after 1 hour a bike came I asked to add days to my stay and one staff confirm while the hotel was fully booked already, Really need to work on the service and it will be perfect

我們做了兩個別墅4天，承諾瓶裝水一瓶都沒有送，隔三天打掃一次衞生，四天有兩晚上沒有毛巾洗澡，叫酒店送，酒店第三天才送，前台在山腳下，下山衹能通過有限的幾輛電瓶車接送，沒有電話跟前台溝通，主要是通過App軟件，交通也極其不便，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，離海邊遠 設施：10分給4分 衞生：10分給7分 環境：3分 服務：1分

司機半途甩客，強行卸下行李，走錯路，沒有一句道歉…服務一團糟

Lovely option with lots of privacy. This was an amazing place to stay. Individual villas with all of the amenities, like a kitchen and a washing machine. The infinity pool was very very nice. Fantastic views from high up on the hill. Restaurant was great and the included breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

The staff here are so kind and the food is delicious! We came in from the heat and the waiter brought us cold towels to cool down and turned up the ac for us. We enjoyed working on our computers while we ate lunch and drank coffee and the space was comfortable.

Wohnen in einem Resort in der Nähe. Haben hier gefrühstückt. Total entspannte Atmosphäre, super freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Freue mich schon aufs nächste mal. P.S.: Entspannt Parken direkt vor der Haustür möglich ☀️

A truely wonderful holiday in the most fabulous villa. From the moment we walked in the front door and looked out over the infinity pool to the beach below, you could not wipe the smile off our face. It is a steep walk up the driveway, but most times the awesome staff can give you a lift in the golf buggy. Breakfast in the Flow Cafe is the best way to start your day.

The bay villas are located close to salad beach with a stunning view. The pool is a fantastic spot just sun umbrellas are missing. The villas are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is a very special treat with loads of fresh fruits, bread and Thai food. The staff is so friendly and helpful - also with renting motorbikes and other support. We loved it!

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The villa is amazing and the view is incredible especially for the swimming pool that can enjoy the sunset! And the villa is very close to the beach. I recommend this place if you visiting Koh Phangan. I’ll come back again for sure!
