Bluerama - Adults Only

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We booked a seaview room at the highest price, but when we arrived, they told us the only available room was a garden view bungalow—the cheapest option they offer. Not only did they fail to provide what we paid for, but they also insisted on charging us the seaview room price for the much cheaper garden view! When we complained, they refused to help us. The staff admitted that this happens often—they overbook rooms, and many guests just accept it because they have no time to find alternative accommodation. It felt like we were being held hostage by the situation. Thankfully, we found a beautiful seaviewvilla nearby for a lower price and didn’t waste our money on this dishonest hotel. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed!

J'ai dormi une semaine entière au Bluerama. L'emplacement est entre Thong Sala, son marché nocturne du samedi, son marché alimentaire quotidien et Hin Kong offre de très jolies plages désertes qui s'étendent depuis Phangan Bungalows jusqu'à Hin Kong. En ce qui concerne la table : la cuisine vegan de Bluerama est une tuerie et j'ai bien l'intention d'y manger de nouveau même si je loge ailleurs désormais. En ce qui concerne le service : Yacine a le talent du recrutement, de la formation. Ses équipes respirent l'intelligence, ça roule à tous les niveaux (cuisine, service en salle, ménage, buanderie, homme à tout faire), service adorable et formidable. L'espace bar resto piscine offre une vue à couper le souffle. La piscine à débordement si reconnaissable est adaptée à un espace contraint : pas pour nager. En ce qui concerne la chambre : la salle de bain est le point faible : pas d'ouverture extérieure comme c'est si commun ici avec des ventilations dans les murs qui apporteraient lumière naturelle et circulation de l'air. Pas de séparation entre la douche et le reste de la pièce, donc les gonds de la porte de la salle de bain sont rouillés. La chambre est jolie avec son mur de revêtement bambou, mais n'a pour rangement qu'une mini penderie, pas d'étagères. A deux, il n'y a pas la place pour ranger ses affaires. Jolie terrasse avec hamac. Si le terrain en contrebas appartient à Bluerama, il serait avantageux de tailler les arbres pour avoir une vraie vue.

The view really is stunning however it should be more clearly advertised that the hill it is on top of is nearly impossible to drive up. Most taxis won’t take you to the hotel so you need to walk up yourself Also should be more clearly stated that it is only vegan food served and that on saturday nights, there is loud music on until 11. Staff were incredibly nice though and helped us where possible

All taxi’s that we took throughout our stay refused to go up the hill and drop us at the bottom. We had 4 bags so I call the hotel 3 times asking if they could come down, twice they said ‘yes’ then on the 3rd call they said ‘no taxi’s just walk’ after been waiting there for ages we had to walk up the steepest hill with 4 bags, this was very dangerous !! The only way is to rent a ped, however they don’t have a lot and they run out quickly so we couldn’t get one. Pool was dirty. Food & drinks are ridiculous expensive. I booked and paid for sea view room, which we didn’t get. I questioned it to the staff and they said ‘this is our sea view’ when there is not one bit of sea view in sight. This is false advertisement and very misleading. The staff said I need to wait till 6 when the manager comes back, which we did but ending up bumping into her later that evening. When I showed her a picture of our view and my booking confirmation she said ‘this is our sea view’ I replied saying but there’s no sea? And she was rude and was telling me to cancel the room then, which she knew wasn’t possible as it was very late at night and not another option. I paid extra for sea view and she wouldn’t even consider refunding me a small amount that I paid for the view. When I told her ‘this is misleading’ she replied saying ‘well write a review then ‘ which is what I’m doing. There was lizards infested in our room, we called staff from outside to get rid and he gave up spray to kill them, even though the hotel is supposed to be animal friendly ? The bathrooms are disgusting and the door didn’t lock the whole time. When we got there we told the staff we have a flight and boat to catch early in the morning and we need to leave by 7 and they told us they book us a cab, by this time no one was up the reception,bar and pool doesn’t open till 9 so we couldn’t even check out and our cab wasn’t there.

Stay here ! It will make your entire trip Everything was amazing. Everything I dreamed of coming to Thailand! Infinity pool over looking the ocean. The place we stayed in was our own personal cabin and the service and vegan menu there was incredible, and I’m a meat eater. We had the bruschetta, the smoothie bowls and the crapes and all was a chefs kiss. Our ferry arrived early and they let us use the pool and got us in early check in. The cabin was so cozy with a deck & hammock. Hotel arranged the scooter for us right from our hotel. I wish I never had to leave!

Loved this place the views were just incredible best sunset we’ve seen! Staff were super lovely, food was great although all vegan, our room was ok nothing fancy, bed very comfy, bathroom could do with some work but the view from our balcony was out of this world! Lots of dogs and cats around the hotel very well looked after and friendly. The hotel is on a very steep hill however the staff always sorted us taxis. Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend.
