Sort of fine. No lift. No 24/7 hot water. Location is not so good. Overall neat and clean hotel. Hotel promised to provide dental kit but finally nothing. Very bad room service. Breakfast was average without much options. Arranged for dinner but not to take as very costly with respect to cost.

The hotel failed to deliver the booked and promised room, despite assurances on the first day that it would be provided on the second day. Regrettably, our room was instead given to a group of school kids, and subsequent online checks revealed available rooms that were not allocated to us. Moreover, the originally booked rooms were priced 1000 rupees higher than the alternative room provided, and the hotel staff, exhibiting extreme rudeness, refused to refund the price difference. Their dismissive attitude suggested a lack of consideration, treating us as if we were staying for free. This entire experience raises serious concerns of a potential scam, and I strongly advise against staying or booking at this hotel.

Rooms were good and comfy. Worth for money paid. You can’t expect views because it is in the Center of Kodai. Walkable distance to Kodai lake. Good one if you are on right budget. No regrets. I went in off season. They charged me ₹1700 for single room. They don’t accept cards. I was told to use upi

Good stay for family...nearby lake area.. Homely breakfast If they arrange for dinner also, it would be really good...sometimes they take orders for dinner. Overall its a good hotel for family stay.

Good location, neat and hospitality is good, improve quality of breakfast buffet. There is no hrater in rooms especially in cold season. Hot water is available including health faucet. It is good for family staying

nice rooms, Decent complimentary breakfast and food, Driver accommodation are the major positives, Clean room service.. Hot water available only during specific timings- can be improved. Overall a Decent pick for family and couples….

Clean and comfortable rooms,, toilets etc. Good value for money. The staff were courteous. There was good parking space etc and a dorm for driver accommodation. Thank you. A few drawbacks are availability of food and beverage in the room and that hot water are available only in the morning and evening and also, the driver accommodation could have been provided with blankets and sheets. . On the whole it was a good experience.
