Very sad to say that the property must take measure to Satisfy customer needs the hotel rooms were full of lizards an insects very terrible experiences the big lizards have made a family in the ac vents we did not sleep the whole night an the play area park is under construction my kids were very bored the swimming pool was in very bad condition filled with lot of dust our stay was really ruined only the best part was the bar an carom board game the food was not up to the mark need to improve taste an really not worth the hype

I recently stayed here and had a great experience overall. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions and dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
There were a few minor issues, like the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times and the bathroom could have been slightly more modern. One thing to note is that the food service was a bit slow, which could be improved. However, these didn’t detract from the overall experience. I really appreciated the attention to detail, and the amenities provided were excellent.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with top-notch service!

Has a good view of lake and could even see dam from far away. Staff were friendly and food was good. Would have been better if they had any water activities.

This is not even a 3 star. Location : only plus point is view of the back waters. Very very far away from main coorg city. It's about 10km inside the jungle. Rooms : the hotel is under construction. There is continuous noise of construction work. Rooms are very outdared. Too much and frequent power cut. Bathrooms are very smelly. Food: breakfast has good qualand taste. There are only 2 ppl working in restaurant. You need to wait fir 45 mins after every food order. The options of food is very.limited. most of the items in menu is not available. Better look for hotel options in main coorg city.

It was a very good stay at the resort. Live music in the evenings and the beautiful backwater shores just in the vicinity of the property made this trip really enjoyable. Rosily from reception in particular was very supportive and helpful in whatever we needed. One thing that i think could be improved is the variety in the breakfast they provide. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The property is at a very good location. Lot of space. A good scenic site. But the service and food can improve. The property needs more improvement in terms of maintaining it.staff is good and polite. But WiFi was very slow and doesn't work. If you are looking to work from here, it is not a great option for you. Rooms can be better and bathrooms needs total overhaul considering the charges.you have evening orchestra and that is very good.

This is my second stay at coorg jungle camp backwater resort. Everything was good except breakfast. There were good varieties but the quality can be improved a bit. Rest of the things were too good.
