A big resort in between coffee plantations, has a lot of activities inside it. A good and lively place to experience. Coffee plantation walk with Madan is a must try.

Firstly the approach is difficult. We were fortunate that our driver was well versed with the location. Upon reaching at around 7.30 - 8 pm there were quick spells of rain but surprisingly our coordinator told us that there is only 1 buggy so the rest of us can walk towards our room which was around 800 - 900 mts (when next day we could see around 5-7 buggies in the resort). Serving staff at restaurant lack in experience and hospitality. When you sit at a table nobody will come and keep water bottle, tissues, cutleries, etc. For everything you will have to call them. Next day morning during breakfast I had black stone which I informed the service staff who inturn informed the chef who came and saw it but nothing happened. He kept on asking for my room number but no service recovery was done. Our rooms were not cleaned by housekeepers. Last day at breakfast a lady came to ask for review and I gave the feedback to which she wanted to do a service recovery by giving 2 sandwiches for 9 of us. Never seen a 5 star do that. All n all if you just want to enjoy the resort and dont care for services then stay else I would suggest there are lot of good options near Madikeri rathar than spending so much on this property.

Hotel's location is amazing, and the landscaping is breathtaking and very well-maintained. The food was consistently tasty and palatable, with the breakfast offering a particularly good spread. The range of recreational activities was also a welcome feature. However, my experience was impacted by the poor service at the front desk. The check-in process was extremely slow, taking approximately 40-45 minutes. The front desk personnel—Anjalee, Bini, Lisa, and Ashish—appeared to be prioritizing personal conversations over assisting guests, which was unprofessional in my view. Furthermore, the room allocated to me (1510 & 1511) were not well-maintained. The bathroom exhaust fan were non-functional in both the rooms, and despite contacting housekeeping, the issue was not resolved. I guess there was a lack of quality control and room checks prior to guest arrival. Hope the management looks into this.

Families who travel to this resort Trust me you guys will have fantastic Stay out there. Resort staff are very friendly and helpful. They can arrange sightseeing trips adventure activities, in and around resort and live entertainment everyday for kids and family resort staff will host those shows its great time and must visit atleast twice a year i will recomment because of weather and very relaxing place for senior citzens - must say all age group of people can travel to CMh virajpet resort its a complete treat. ***** this is mine 6th time to this resort every year i and family travel 2wice and family with kids please do travel kids will enjoy n love ittttt !

Amazing visit, I loved all the scenery and t nature. All the plants and trees are very beautiful and the air is very breathable. You won't regret coming here.
