Good staff stay and food. it's around 10 km from the Madikeri bus stand.
Breakfast and Dinner had lot of options.

Real hotel is not what you see in pictures. I wonder why they call it a resort. Besides a spa (that we did not visit), there is nothing. We didn't have hot water and I had to ask the hotel give me hot water in a bucket. Phones are almost never attended when called for assistance.

Pleasant stay, location is good but very close to highway. Food quality is good. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is supportive. Overall nice stay.

Rooms are spacious and have all amenities. View of mountains from my bathtub was beautiful. Could enjoy a hot tub bath with a view. Separate geysers to give to 24 hour hot water supply. Gallery is also spacious. Swiming pool offers infinity view. Bon fire is organised by staff every evening. Restaurant is big to cater all visiting tourist. Multi cuisine restaurant with good taste and quality. Local coorg cuisine dishes are must try. Small gym and play area with all games like table tennis carrom table football and pool available and maintain in good playable condition which not found now a days in many resorts which keep these amimities for name sake. Staff is very courteous and helpful and provide you to plan your itinerary perfectly.

A little old hotel that may not qualify as a resort. People are friendly. Restaurant food is average. Our water heater did not work, and i had to ask them to give me a bucket of hot water. We did not have coffee in our room. When contacted, the front office said it would send, but it never came. The front office phone often keeps ringing with no one to pick up. It looks like the hotel is understaffed.

Our stay at hill crest resort was pretty good. Initially there was a problem which i will say mm t should take care as the room size which was mentioned in mmt portal for deluxe room with balcony was not at all accurate as it was a much smaller room. But the resort manager after understanding the situation upgraded my room from the next day. All the resort stuff were pretty cordial, helpful and welcoming. Resort is 20 mins from madikeri but view from room is awesome which is highly recommendable. The restaurant stuffs are also very helpful although the food costing is little bit on the higher side. Overall a good stay for me for 3 nights which is recommended to others.
