Worst maintanence and checkout the resort in one day.

The entire room was filled with spiders in the celing. No telephone in the room to call/request/complaint. Very poorly maintained property. They served Pulao and raita in breakfast, never going there again

The location was peaceful, and the room was clean. However, the food was of very poor quality, and the AC stopped working after a while. As there were no fans, we couldn't sleep properly."

The location is 100% accessible. It is right on NH275. Amenities are average but food(more specifically breakfast) could have been better and the service is very slow. They took more than an hour to get water.

The rooms are good and a very good view of the valley from balcony. The service is average and we faced difficulty in ordering the dinner in the resort. There is nothing very near to the resort have to goto madikeri only for anything you need. We had infants as with us on the trip and we ordered food for them too but the resort people didn’ttook any request and told that the dinner order is closed though we were just 10-15 min late in ordering it. Also the reply on our order was sent 25-30 min after the order placement. This is not good. As there is nothing nearby they should atleast give a call to each room to ask if they want to order as they are closing the order soon. I atleast expect this as we are paying a good amount for this resort.

The location of the property was excellent—peaceful and away from the noise of the city. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Waking up in the morning with a cup of tea or coffee while enjoying the greenery, the soothing sound of a small waterfall, and the chirping of birds was truly refreshing. We stayed in a cottage, which was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The facilities provided were great and met our expectations. The pricing was reasonable, making it a good value for money. While the food was decent, there’s some room for improvement, but nothing to complain about. Overall, it's a wonderful getaway for those looking to escape the city's hustle and immerse themselves in nature. Would definitely recommend it!
