Warm and welcoming staff Hotel amenities is ok not great, An average feel, We booked a DB at Rs2600 which is good enough, Check in was easy and fast, the highlight is staff service,

Comfortably located, easy approach, fast reception, courteous staff and the best part is food. Room is neat and clean linens. Open space for big vehicles like bus. Breakfast spread is good and I also tried a la carte in dinner. Overall experience is nice.

I have lost count of the number of times I have stayed at Keys Kochi and it just feels like home I am here each time! I was Keys Kochi recently and yet again, my stay has been nothing short of extraordinary! Each visit has consistently exceeded my expectations, but this time, the exceptional hospitality provided by Manager Vinu & Jude and the entire front office staff truly stood out! Rooms & Facilities: 10/10 The room allotted to me was an amazing, spacious one and whats best this time was that it allowed me to catch a breath of fresh air n sunlight anytime I wanted as it had a huge attached open terrace to it. I had expressed my concern about remaining indoors within the closed room and having to come down to catch ftesh air during my last stay here and I was pleasantly surprised that Vinu remembered about it and made sure it was taken care of this time and I couldnt ask for more! Really thankful for this! I was impressed with the immaculate cleanliness and cozy ambiance of the room. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything one could need for a perfect stay. Facilities staff did a superb job of ensuring the room was kept clean each n every day.10/10 Service: 10/10 What sets Keys Hotel Kochi apart is the personalized service that makes you feel like family. The staff, under the exceptional leadership of Manager Vinu, is incredibly attentive, kind, and always eager to assist. They anticipate your needs before you even voice them, which is truly remarkable! Special mention and thanks to Binu from the front office. I would also take this opportunity to thank the security staff - Murali ettan and others who are quite welcoming the moment you step in. Food: The restaurant serves a delightful variety of dishes, each prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses, offering a blend of local and north indian delicacies. Having stayed here umpteen number of times the Chef n staff understand my family's palate well and made every effort to make our food time memorable. Thanks to Chef Deva and special mention and thanks to Anoop, Durga, Rajnish, Ashwin and the rockstar Ramesh! Each of them make the restaurant come alive in their own way. 8/10 for food by 10/10 for restaurant staff. To sum it up, Keys Hotel Kochi is a class apart, and Manager Vinu's exceptional hospitality supported equally by Jude and the staff is what elevates the experience to a whole new level. It is rare to find such dedication, warmth, and professionalism in today’s world. My stay this time has been a yet another memorable one of experiencing true hospitality I cannot recommend this hotel enough and eagerly look forward to my next visit! Lovely place and very close to everything. You have the folklore museum right next to the hotel. The customer service was excellent, staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you to Ramesh, Tejue for the nice food and the rest of the staff for welcoming stays.

My experience at Keys Hotel is one of the best in my life. The staff are so polite and helpful. I have never noticed any sign of embarrassment from any of the staff. A special word to the Chef who is always so helpful and I did not felt like to eat outside at all during the 4 weeks of my stay there as a variety of menu was always available, moreover he also cooked some personalised special dish on request. Room service is excellent

This is an excellent hotel to stay in kochi. The location is good. The service and the staffs are excellent and very cordial. Their restaurant is also great. They provide a wide range of South Indian cuisine ***** with other dishes. Overall, staying here is worthy.
