Rooms must be clean as this hotel facility is old. Needs room freshner to be done before customer takes over the room.

Very pathetic room i stayed at 207 room and my expectations was very high but the rooms are totally broken at the door side very pathetic very old and unhi gene towel seems used towal. And wash basin tab is broken. Please do correct it is not worth of we get very good quality of rooms in nearby edapally areas very upset i never felt to revisit again very upset

It was not maintained and it was my parents favorite spot back in 90s and i wanted my mother to feel the same as my father passed away back in 2002 and i will never recommend any one to stay there and make my trip you personally go there and check you will know about it and if you see i book all my travel and stay with you still this is the situation

I had never stayed in such an horrible hotel in kochi. No bolt for the toilet door, no perfect air conditioner, no hot water in the toilet and not even flush in the toilet. This management deserve an award for the mismanaged category. Not recommend this hotel to any one.

This hotel is really a disgrace. There is no even a bolt to the toilet. The health faucet and shower has no speed. You will definitely get into the trouble. A/c is not properly working. This hotel has not a lift facility. You should carry all the luggage to yourself. The hotel staff simply looking to that and laugh. Sooo saaad.

Overall good experience. Ease of access and very nearby to palarivattom facilities and food hub. Staffs are also polite and supportive
