Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! The onsen was of the highest quality, providing a serene and rejuvenating escape. 在有馬屬於大型温泉度假酒店，所以各方面配套和服務都相當完善： 1.位置與交通：距離有馬温泉站步行10分鐘。從關西國際機場出發，乘巴士1小時5分鐘到神户三宮巴士總站，再乘30分鐘巴士到有馬温泉，之後坐2分鐘班車或步行6分鐘可到酒店；也可從阪急高速巴士大阪梅田站、京都站乘巴士前往，或通過神户市內地鐵、電車換乘抵達。 2.設施服務：高層和地下都有温泉浴場，浴場面積很大，很寬敞。還有一個大花園和泳池，白天晚上拍出來都很好看。訂的套餐包括早餐和晚餐，房間minibar全免費，各種啤酒飲料喝不過來，另外還送飲品券可以在bar喝咖啡果汁和酒水。早餐自助品種非常豐富，日式西式都有，很多現做特色；晚餐料理包括神户牛肉在內的懷石料理，就餐環境和餐品出品都值回票價。 4. 房型多樣：訂的房間可以住4人，有兩張床，地上再鋪4張榻榻米，這種房型不太好找。房間寬敞，有一張長沙發麪對景觀。 5. 顧客服務：酒店前台會送行李到房間，介紹一切設施，就餐和温泉方法，浴衣穿法，非常到位。酒店也有接駁車到温泉街，每20min一班，走路過去也就是500米。
