Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thank you very much for staying at Hotel La Suite Kobe Harborland again.We appreciate your compliments about our bathroom and terrace.We are happy to read that you enjoyed the beautiful view of Kobe from the hotel.However, we regret the inconvenience caused by the breakfast issue.The hotel received a reservation for a plan that included breakfast for two adults, and breakfast for children was not included in the plan.In the future, we will communicate with the website from which you made your reservation to improve the reservation system to avoid such a problem.We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel again.
