Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, direkt in der walking street, Die Aussicht ist nicht sehr angenehm, lauter Müll, wie an vielen Stellen auf der Insel, schade.

Nice place and very convenient location

You get what you pay for! A clean, modern room, in a great location close to the main restaurants and shops. So not a long walk to the beach. Staff were polite, friendly and keen to assist wherever they could. The breakfast that is included in the stay is also lovely.

Staff 5 estrelas, localização top. Muito ruido, mas é a cidade a acontecer. Precisa de limpeza mais promenorizada e cuidada. Alguns defeitos nesse aspeto. Muitos serviços disponíveis numa curta caminhada. Pra uma estadia curta na ilha é top

The smiling and VERY friendly staff made our stay a real pleasure. Apart from an evening where a Russian couple were partying until 1:30 pm, ignoring our requests to be quiet (they don't know good manners), we had an excellent sleep. Immediately when we complained we were offered a new room ! TOP service. We will surely come back.

A very nice and clean hostel, with comfortable beds and towels provided. Location is literally perfect, next to all bars and restaurants and shops. Check in was quick and easy and the staff are very nice. Not all of the showers work but the ones which do are decent. Wi-Fi doesn’t work well in the rooms or throughout the accommodation. All in all, I would stay again.

5 night stay here on beautiful Koh Lipe. Room was clean, spacious and a decent price but I feel there is some room for improvement. Room was cleaned each time to we hangered to do so but we were never given any fresh towels, I’d expect a hotel to change them at least once during our 5 nights? Upon check in we were given a cold glass of orange juice (nice touch) and then taken to our room. A little lack of awareness from the staff to only help carry our smallest lightest bags, could have helped with one of our big heavy rucksacks instead to make a clear guest service impression. Breakfast was included but was quite limited, only a few sandwich options or muesli options. Coffee was nice though. Staff were pretty distant and impersonal throughout, even on check out - no ‘was everything ok for you’ questions or goodbyes. However, it is a good option if you want a clean hotel with convenience, as it is on walking street, close to the beaches and surprisingly quiet given its location.
