Room V Kluang parade by SECOM arvostelua

The room is quite spacious and clean. It is also near to terminal bus station and any other facilities that easy to access. But in my opinion, hotel management needs to repair the toilet seat, hairdryer and the wall. Also they need to variety the tv channel. Overall, rate is okay.

hotel lif tk de..bilik jauh sikit dari tangga..lampu bilik air cuma ada satu mentol kecik..jadi suram je bila mlm nk guna..tv remote pun tk bagi..tapi ok la dpt booking murah..dapat katil 3 double..utk stay smlm ok la..

Room not so clean. Chair is dirty & not in good condition Wifi connection is really bad. Cant connect almost all the time But staff is friendly

酒店的地理位置很好，很方便，隔壁就是商場，晚上還挺安靜的，衹是停車不方便，不過沒有停車位，衞生不太行，需要加強。。。

The room is spacious but a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment, especially a fresh coat of paint. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often couldn’t connect to the internet. However, it’s a decent option for travelers who just need a place to sleep and store their luggage. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the experience.

服務態度不好

Hotel is linked to Kluang Parade and at the city centre. Near to many popular restaurants and 5 mins from the bus terminal. The rooms and alleyway are very old. Toilet was small and squeezy for 1 person too. The door is very loud when you close it so your neighbours may disturb your sleep if they checked in late at night.

Strategic location

Ok la hotel senang cari makan .. Cuma bilik kali ni tak memuaskan sebab cadar tilam dorank tak guna Dgn Btul .. Kalau tilam xde lapik queen takyala bgi bilik tu dgn Coustmer.. tak Selesa Langsung .. tpi sblom ni ok je and this time je kena hati2 ..

Room are smelly but consider cheap,WiFi poor ,near kluang bus station
