Best location and easy to take a grab to anywhere in Kluang . It is an old dated hotel but still very livable al. It needs to upgrade but the location makes it a great area to stay

Stayed 1 night there, near a shopping complex and lots of food nearby as well. Walkable to the train station.

空調很吵，馬桶沖水壞了，水喉非常大聲。Wi-Fi不穩，早餐就五道， 一道蔬菜都沒！保險箱在櫃枱。咖啡淡如水。 唯一優點是非常靠近火車站。不值得考慮！

The best in Kluang city . Always stayed at this hotel when in kluang as i prefer high floor rooms with view. Easy access to ayer hitam and batu pahat. The only issue is the flashing system is bad

One of the tallest buildings in kluang town, my room is partial mountain view, what amaze us is the fabulous fireworks from every where of the town. Will revisit if we come to Kluang.

The services were great. Requested for a disable parking space from the counter and the lady at the counter tried hard and got the space. Thank you for your help..
