On 17th Oct evening back from work, hotel staff mentioned Tenaga will cut off electricity at 12am-5am at midnight same day.When ask the staff what is their plan for this situation,they say hotel will reimburse that day stay if guest wish to do check out on that day because they understand without electricity can't sleep and rest well.When ask when will get the refund,they said with called up to trip.com next day and mentioned will get refund in 1 week time.But till now already 2 weeks times still don't get any refund from the hotel.My colleague called up to check as well and hotel staff said will called up to update but never do so.Really frustrated with this hotel that keep the empty promise.
