Great Location but Needs Better Upkeep The hotel has a great location but falls short in maintenance. Pros: Easy to find, right along the main road and connected to a mall. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A well-lit park nearby, perfect for evening strolls. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cons: The room felt worn out, with broken fixtures. Even the kettle was breaking. Rooms are quite small, and all categories are the same size. Breakfast was disappointing—except for the egg station, everything seemed pre-made or from instant packs. The bread was too hard. The pool was unattended. Many parts of the mall were still under renovation, with only eateries open. Parking was confusing and took time to figure out. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the hotel needs better maintenance and improvements in food quality.

overall is good.especially cleaness.it also suitable to bring family and children.there was a small water park for fun.

Hotel is good and nice. Location is quite far from the city, it takes 25-30mins and lot of lorry in the area. Others are fine.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ni. Worth every penny ♥️ Semua lengkap, eventho last minute plan boleh check in cause semua ada dekat sini. Sangat kids friendly and very easy to access with mall too. I give 4.7/5 cause aircond and peti tak sejuk sangat huhu

Bilik bersih, besar dan selesa. Location bagus tak perlu keluar untuk cari makan dan 7E pun ada di lobby area. Front desk sangat membantu.
