Fabulous hotel, food and entertainment. Great all round family holiday. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Everywhere very clean and tidy. Room service and clean towels daily. Highly recommend booking in to the Italian restaurant during your stay and booking into the spa for a fabulous treatment.

Brilliant hotel great service and lots to do in grounds. Very friendly staff . Good sized rooms which were cleaned daily . Spoilt for choice with food and bars aplenty. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and Iwe will be back at some point next year

Bir otelin kalitesini otel doluluğundan çok tekrar tekrar gelen müşterileri belirliyor olmalı.2 yıl önce çok memnun kalıp bu sene tam 7 aile ile tekrar geldik. İnanılmaz memnunuz, oluşan ufak tefek aksaklıkları çözüm odaklı çalışan personeller sayesinde hemen üstesinden geliyorlar. İdari kadroda iyi olmalı çünkü çalışanlar işini gerçekten severek yapıyor. Süper imar planı var, otel büyük ama çok iyi planlanmış. Kestirme yollar ile rest, havuz, lobi, deniz hızlıca ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Otel büyük oluncada kalabalıklığı çok nadir hissediyoruz. Yatak kalitesi çok iyi, klimalar Toshiba, buzdolabı güzel soğutuyor, internet sistemi yenilenmiş. Kapıdan girdiğiniz andan itibaren denizin içine kadar kablosuz interneti kesintisiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Tam bir çocuk dostu olmasına rağmen çocuksuz misafirler içinde sessiz alan oluşturulmuş. Yetişkinlere özel havuz ve yaşam alanı bulunuyor. Eski aquapark bile şahane iken yeni aquapark eklenmiş. Tüm yaş grubuna tüm tatil boyunca hitap edecek havuz ve aquaparklar mevcut. Alkollü ve alkolsüz içeceklerin kalitesi kabul edilebilir durumda, fiyat performans olarak çerezde mevcut. A la Carte rest. denemelisiniz,İtalya, Osmanlı ve Balık mutfak seçenekleri var yemekleri kadar çalan müzikleri bile çok güzel. Benim favorim Balık çorbası oldu. Animasyon ekibi inanılmaz motivasyonlu, enerjileri bitmiyor tüm gün faaliyet bulabiliyorsunuz. Çok güzel kidsclub mevcut, mesai saatlerinde cocuklarınızı ücretsiz bırakabiliyorsunuz. Calimera Serra Palace ailesi umarım 2026 paskalya tatilinde tekrar görüşürüz.

Pro’s - Friendly staff, very clean hotel, wide food selection and plenty of it. Plenty of amenities and entertainment. Director access to a nice beach. We visited in March so the hotel was only at 25-30% capacity which was great (no queues for anything). Several huge pools, a water park with flumes etc. Tennis courts, basketball, a few small shops and a spa. Cons - Nothing local to the hotel. You will need to get a bus or taxi to see pretty much anything. Bus stop is a 10-15min walk, taxis are directly outside the hotel. As an indication a bus to Managvat costs around 40 Lira (80p) but be prepared to stand up. The buses are busy but it is an experience. Other info - We visited in March so very early in the season. Despite this there were still a number of trips available.

I stayed for two weeks during low season, March 25. Pros: excellent value for money, it has everything you'd expect from a large hotel. Food tasty, I am fussy but always found something I enjoyed. The gardens are beautiful, a big thank you to the gardeners. The staff are generally nice/friendly. My room cleaner did a great job and communal areas were also spotless. Cons: small indoor pool, no outdoor chillout lounge - just a dining area. No outdoor sofas or cushioned chairs on the beach or near the pools - it's mainly formal plastic seating. Couldn't get spirits on the beach which restricted me to the pool area, found this annoying. The guest relations and tour operator lobby needs to be refurbished/modernised. ANIMAL WELFARE - there's lots of cats but I didn't see any food dishes or drinking water for them. They were drinking from the swimming pools. Other hotels treat the local cats as pets and look after them really well, i.e. twice daily feeding, veterinary care and sterilisation. I think the cats at this hotel are considered street cats which made me sad. I would like to see the hotel managers give them a cat house and ensure they are cared for properly. Tui Magic Life hotels in the region are good examples to follow. Some hotels have a cat care tip box to help with the cost. 😻
