Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Das Hotel selbst ist top gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Animation! Das Animation Nada, Mowgli, Mira, Dadou, Simo, JJ, Romeo war einfach der Hammer – motiviert, kreativ und mit so viel Herz bei der Sache. Ob Aqua Gym, Beachvolleyball, Abendshows oder Kinderprogramm – hier war für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders die Abendunterhaltung war professionell organisiert und wahnsinnig unterhaltsam. Man hat richtig gemerkt, wie viel Mühe und Leidenschaft hinter dem Programm steckt. ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen – wer hier Urlaub macht, bekommt mehr als nur Sonne und Meer. Danke für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Otelde keyifli vakit geçiriyoruz. Yemekler lezzetli, personeller misafirperver. Odamız temiz, büyük bir otel ve düzenli bir otel. İçecekler lezzetli, memnunuz. Bir iki ay sonra tekrar geleceğim. Aileyle konaklamak için uygun bir otel.

On entering the hotel you are blown away by the reception area!! Absolutely beautiful!! All staff we came in contact with VERY helpful. We got a free upgrade to a suite. It was a great size, a beautiful view of the pool. Yes the hotel is full of German /Russian/ anyone other than English people. As Scots that don't like to speak to people or make friends on holiday this was our idea of heaven. We happen to look a bit German so didn't stick out and no one spoke to us, no one tried to make us play aqua-gym when we didn't want to....Absolutely brilliant!! Learn a couple of German please and thank yous and you'll blend right in. Food... classic Scottish...take the English reviews which a pinch of salt....Na there isn't a full Sunday roast...guess what....you're not in a country that has a classic Sunday roast....if you're going on holiday expecting to try good turkish/Mediterranean food that is exactly what you will get. We absolutely loved trying new foods, salads, classic Turkish food! It was great. Drinks were cold! Drinks were good! Cocktails were good, Ice cream was a hit! Entertainment took me back to when I went on holiday as a child and people spoke the language of the country you are in! Yes the Entertainment is in either Turkish or German....we embraced it! You are in Turkey which is next door to Germany! The foam party and then Oktoberfest party at night was our absolute favourite day. Got to experience a classic Oktoberfest event without the expense of going to Germany. We had a 2 year old and didn't find the music/Entertainment to loud for him to sleep...we were facing right on to the pool so it was loud. We didn't use the kids club. We did use the kids pool, he's 2 so repetition was great for him. He spent all day going up and down the same 4 slides, slightly older might have found it a little boring by day 4 without making friends to play with. Location wise it is quite far from any towns,was €25 in a taxi into Side (which by the way is beautiful!!) But 50 round trip we only did it once. There are plenty genuine fake shops right outside the hotel and a small mall type shop probably about a 25 min walk. All in all we had an amazing time!! If you want a hotel to relax by the pool in the day, not make holiday friends and drink in the hotel in the night you'll love it!!

For the price this is one of the most amazing hotels in which you could stay. As soon as you walk in the reception takes your breath away and the hotel is beautiful throughout. The rooms are lovely and spotless in fact if you book with a pool or sea view they are amazing. The pool areas are spacious and you have the choice of both entertainment pools and quiet ones. If you can’t eat well here then the problem is with you and not the hotel. You should be aware that the hotel resort is some distance from Side however there are good bus and taxi services. It is not in a major tourist area however there are local shops and services. Yes there are more Germans and East Europeans than British but if you’re not too insecure in yourself you will find that they actually talk and are good to get along with. You are in turkey after all and not everything revolves around chips and egg!

I’ve been visiting the Sea world few times, the hotel it’s lovely with a modern rooms and beautiful green trees and flowers around. The staff are nice and all well it’s going on because of the menager named Unal, the animation team isn’t that good and the music it’s too loud.

ACHTUNG!!! Essen jeden Tag das selbe, Wurst vertrocknet und essen vom Vortag Pool und innengebäude kalt im Oktober Tische werden nicht sauber gemacht, Getränke muss man sich zum größten Teil selber holen Zimmer auf den ersten Blick sehr modern und schön, auf den zweiten dreckig und nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Geld wurde uns aus dem Zimmer gestohlen, das Geld war im Portemonnaie im Koffer.Der Manager hat auf unseren wunsch die Polizei gerufen und denen falsche Aussagen getätigt und im Bericht stand eine falsche Summe und das wir das Geld verloren hätten. Keine Konsequenzen für die Angestellte. Hunde werden draußen in einem 1m kleinen Käfig wie Meerschweinchen gehalten, kein Futter oder Wasser, wurde von den Gästen gestellt. Ausländerfeindlich , wenn wir nichts kaufen warum machen wir dann hier und nicht woanders urlaub. Mein Freund wurde von einem Mitarbeiter bedroht, er meinte er würde das Land mit einem Arm verlassen, wenn er es überhaupt schaffen würde. Er sagte er würde ihn im Hotel im Keller erhängen und viele weitere beleidigungen seiner Herkunft und unmögliche Drohungen!! Bootstour: uns wurden Schildkröten versprochen, gesehen haben wir nichts. Getränke wurden ausgegeben. Beim verlassen des Bootes musste jeder 3€ pro Getränke zahlen ohne das davon etwas erwähnt wurde. Liegen staubig , dreckig auch die Tische noch nie sauber gemacht. Für alles extra zahlen. Niewieder !!!! SCHLIMMSTER URLAUB

Erstklassig... klar das es hier und da ein paar Stellen gibt die erneuert werden müssten aber ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Das einzige Manko wäre das Fittnesstudio... da müsste alles erneuert werden... alle Mitarbeiter sind einfach klasse.. das Essen ist der Hammer .. jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und mehr als reichlich

Hotel: Schöne Anlage, renovierte Zimmer, Meerblick phantastisch (14x Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen können) Sauberkeit: wirkte im allgemeinen gepflegt aber mit Luft nach oben. Service: wie so oft, abhängig vom Personal, von motiviert bis unmotiviert. Tische werden vor allem beim Frühstück nicht generell neu eingedeckt! somit schmutzige Tischdecken vom Vorgänger, dass hat schon echt gestört. Speisen: war alles dabei aber wie halt so oft lauwarm bis kalt. Beobachtung zum Frühstück: Spiegeleier wurden auf Vorrat gebraten, dann auf einem Blech zwischengelagert, und dann bei Zeiten großer Nachfrage den Gästen wirklich kalt offeriert! Ein kaltes Spiegelei zum Frühstück ist wirklich zum ........ Doe anderen Mahlzeiten nicht abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag meist dasselbe!! Keine Themenabende! Das geht definitiv besser. Cocktails: geschmacklich neutral, liebloses aussehen und in zum Teil unsaubere Becher ausgegeben. Animation: erst ab 22Uhr (zu spät) mit max Dauer von 45Minuten. Wöchentliche Wiederholung.Shows aber zum Teil gut. In 15 Tagen einmal kurze Live Musik, war mir persönlich zu wenig. Pools: groß und gutes Verhältnis Gäste zu Poolliegen es war immer was frei auch am Strand. Strand und Wasser sauber, gut! Sonnenplattform auf dem Meer spitze. An viele freilaufende Hühner und Pfauen auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände kann man sich stören. Auch beim Mittagessen zwischen den Tischen, finde das geht gar nicht, ist auch unhygienisch. Ein bisschen feeling: Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Hotel keine 5 Sterne!!!!! Alacarte Restaurant Italienisch: Der zum Abendessen servierte Vorspeiseteller/ Dips standen 3h vor unserem Besuch ungekühlt bereits auf den eingedeckten Tischen und das täglich. Getrübt wurde der Aufenthalt dann durch massive 3 tägige Magen Darm Krankheit bei beiden von uns, so mit allem was dazu gehört 😢 das war echt heftig und wir sind sonst bei guter Gesundheit und nicht empfindlich! Animateure: freundlich und unaufdringlich- brauchen wir aber nicht wirklich Fazit: In dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr gehen. Diese Rezension spiegelt unseren 15 tägigen Aufenthalt im September/Oktober 2024 objektiv wieder!

I recently returned from a highly disappointing stay at the Seaden Sea World Resort in Side, Turkey, booked through TUI as part of their Platinum Holiday package, and I feel compelled to warn others about our experience. 1. Unhelpful and Rude Staff The level of service from the staff was shockingly poor. We encountered multiple issues with staff members who were not only rude but appeared completely disinterested in helping. On several occasions, I asked for something as simple as a shandy or a bottle of water, only to be met with blank stares. It seemed as though they didn’t understand the request, which was frustrating enough, but their miserable attitudes made the entire experience worse. It felt like they resented being there, which in turn, made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. 2. Tailored Solely to Germans One thing that became immediately obvious is that this hotel is designed almost exclusively for German guests. While there’s nothing wrong with that in itself, it became an issue when none of the staff seemed to understand or speak English. The limited English they did try to use was poorly translated, making it hard to communicate basic needs. If you’re not fluent in German, be prepared for significant communication issues throughout your stay. This resort is not at all international-friendly, despite what the booking suggests. I urge potential guests to listen to the reviews and avoid this place. 3. Shocking Food Labelling - A Nightmare for Vegetarians and Those with Allergies As a vegetarian, the food situation was absolutely disgraceful. There were multiple instances where food was either mislabeled or completely unlabeled. On more than one occasion, I unknowingly ate meat because what appeared to be vegetarian dishes, like chickpeas in tomato sauce, were actually mixed with lumps of meat. Even worse, items that were clearly labelled as vegetarian were anything but: “spinach” was actually spinach wrapped in a slice of meat, and “onion rings” turned out to be rice, onions, and meat shaped into a ball. Both seemed vegetarian but were not. This is utterly unacceptable, and anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies should avoid this hotel at all costs. I dread to think what could happen if someone with a serious allergy ate something mislabelled or unlabeled – it’s a disaster waiting to happen. The lack of proper food labeling is not only negligent but dangerous. (I’ve included photos showing the serious mislabeling of food as proof.) 4. Lack of Food Variety, Reused Dishes, and Dirty Utensils While some reviews mentioned that there wasn’t enough “English food” - this wasn’t a major concern for me; I was looking forward to experiencing a more varied cuisine. However, the sheer lack of variety when it came to international cuisine was disappointing. Worse still, food was often reused and repurposed into questionable dishes at lunch, dinner, or even the next day’s breakfast. This wasn’t just limited to leftovers being reheated,

Stayed at this hotel 18th to 25th September 2024. It is very impressive, very good accommodation and rooms etc always kept clean. Large choice of foods in restaurant but hot meals need to be hotter, beautiful pool areas. I had my birthday whilst there and the client representative Christina made the occasion very special for me along with my friends. Thank you Christina for all you did the memory will always be with me xx

Giving this resort a 3 star rating purely for the rudeness of the staff. Staff definitely favour the Germans and russians over the British! The only staff that smiled at us was the porters and cleaners and they did a fantastic job. Food - was great not sure why it has such bad reviews. Lots of choice maybe could be a be hotter. Entertainment - we only saw one show on the main stage in the one week we were there. There is a disco every night but mainly for adults not children. Google translate app came in very handy with communicating with the staff. If you like English tea then Bring your own as this resort do not supply English tea. Overall this is a beautiful resort with a beautiful beach just the staff let it down.
