部屋はとても広くて外の景色も見えて、バスタブもあって最高だった フロントスタッフも親切 朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しくて最高だった 本当に快適でずっといたくなるようなホテルでした また泊まりたいです。

位置好，景色優美，可以看到阿尓卑詩雪山。出行方便，早餐也非常丰富，前台人员热情周到，服务很好。唯一不足的是停车费比较贵20歐一晚。

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Hotel. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Interieur und die Technik sind zwar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber funktional und okay. Die öffentliche Tiefgarage als wohl einzige Parkmöglichkeit ist 5 Minuten entfernt, nicht 10 oder 15, wie andere Rezensenten behaupten. Das ist in Kitz zumutbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. We had a one week stay on bed and breakfast basis in a HAHNENKAMM DOUBLE room with balcony and view. We had requested by email for a room on a higher floor and if possible with a walk-in shower as opposed to a shower inside a bath. On arrival we were allocated room 309 which was ok except for the bathroom and the shower inside the bath, which was so badly located it made having a shower really difficult and you have to request a shower mat, which is essential to avoid slipping. After one night and at 7am next day we requested a change of room as per our pre arrival request. The Reception Staff was extremely helpful and said that on arrival the hotel was full but she would change us that day to Room 409 (4th floor) immediately above where we were and this had a walk-in shower. This room was fine for us and had an excellent shower and also a better view. These rooms with the view are at the front of the hotel and are adjacent to the road, which is noisy with traffic in the early morning and throughout the day. The Higher Rooms on the 4th floor are the best. The Room itself and balcony are spacious and well furnished, but in the summer are hot and we had to have both windows and the balcony door open all the time. The room does not have a refrigerator and this would be useful. The Hotel charges for the coffee in the room. There is no ceiling fan or cooling equipment. We were ok with having the door and windows open but it does mean that you will hear the traffic. The Buffet Breakfast layout, choice and quality is good and the staff who are very friendly and helpful. If you would like a cooked breakfast THEN ASK one of the staff and they will arrange this for you without any problem. There was no mention of this at the table and if I had not read of this on a previous review then I would not have known of this option as there was no menu on the tables. The cooked breakfast was individually cooked and was good. All the Hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, and can give you good advice for sightseeing. The Hotel is centrally located and easy to walk in into the town centre and to the cable car stations. There are many very good restaurants all around and reasonably priced so we are glad that we chose the B/B option. The Sleep quality I would say is average, and we do feel the mattress could be better. We would be happy to return to this hotel, but only to the 4th floor with a walk in shower.

JAMAS ELIGAN MEDIA PENSION, comida de muy baja calidad y sumamente escasa ( ni siquiera pan) es vergonsozo que puedan ofrecer algo de este nivel no se puede entender como un establecimiento que atiende al turista se permita sirva algo asi, una hoja de lechuga por ejemplo como ensalada, no se dejen enganiar

Have been there before: nicely with budget awareness renovated old hotel, great decoration, poor noise cancelling between rooms - you listen to the neighbor’s toilett flush among others; great breakfast with lots of high quality choices. Best alternative to other hotels und the off season.

Schönes Zimmer, perfektes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ideal gelegen zum Zentrum. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Großzügig in jeder Hinsicht. Wir waren außer Saison da und genossen die Ruhe. Absolut empfehlenswert.

L'hôtel est propre et le personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et le service de restauration est bon. Cependant, les responsables ne sont pas très arrangeants. Un des couples prévus dans le séjour n'a pas pu venir car ils étaient malade. Aucun geste n'a été fait par la direction. Nous avons même payé les repas du soir alors qu'ils n'ont pas été servis et préparés...Nous avons tout de même dépensé 10 000€ dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuits en demi-pension. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir trouvé une solution commerciale malgré de long échanges sur place. Pour cette réponse, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Very clean, rooms ample sized but no frills - not even one piece of art on the walls! I didn’t notice the painted ceiling until it was time to lie down to sleep. Bathroom lacked counter space. The staff at this hotel is amazing!!!! Friendly, attentive, and definitely adequate - from reception to breakfast room to dining room. Breakfast buffet tables were abundant with a couple of extra items that could be ordered from a menu. The wait staff worked diligently to ensure orders were taken and used plates promptly cleared. Our large group (40+) ate dinner in a separate dining room each night where we enjoyed an overwhelming salad bar followed by soup, choice of one of three suggested entrees and dessert. Once again, the service was exemplary. The food was beautifully presented and was certainly beyond mediocre. A short daily walk to the Hannekham lift became less burdensome once we utilized the heated ski lockers available there. There was a ski storage room at the hotel but why haul that stuff every day when your dry boots and skis were just below the lift waiting for you. The hotel is conveniently located to shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, several restaurants and sights in the lovely town of Kitzbuhel. Would definitely stay there again.
