We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it at this time of year for a restful mini getaway.

Charge the deposit credit card the morning of check in. Made us sign our intention to prepare the room for cleaning when checking out. Put our two rooms in totally different buildings. Steep stairs to the 2nd floor.

This is a nice place to stay for a good price. Beach is walking distance and staff were very friendly.

Ok, but not what I expected
The condo itself was cute and the bed was comfy. There was a nice game room with a pool table. Nice indoor pool as well.
The kitchen was a totally different story and something I have ever seen in a villa condo. There was a coffee maker and coffee filters, but not even coffee for the first morning. The kitchen flatware was 3 spoons and a couple of forks and really no cooking utensils to speak of. The microwave shelf was broken and the microwave was ancient. It had a can opener, but it was broken, so I couldn't even open a can. As far as activities, they was next to none and the ones I did show up to, no staff was even there. I do think these villas need updating and the kitchen needs to be stocked for at least 2 people.

Overall we had an amazing experience! The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great! The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the couple next to us arguing and fighting a few nights in a row. Other than tuat it was great! If we are ever in the area again i would hope Sea Scape has availability for us 😊

Very positive experience.
Our little 'villa' was extremely clean and comfortable! In our unit the carpeting was new and the kitchen had everything we needed. We, personally enjoyed the outdoor pool, ping pong and went for a movie during movie night. It was charming. Off of Bennett street, just past the villa's on the right is a public place to park your car and use the beach access.
