Aura Holiday Villas

We just had a fantastic 11 days in Villa No.2. I had realised before arrived that one of the twin bedrooms was on the ground floor which was perfect for my elderly in-laws. Each of the three double rooms has an en-suite, small bath with shower, toilet and sink so as we were travelling as an extended family group, privacy was ensured. The pool was cleaned regularly and sheets and towels changed mid stay. As the kitchen also had a washing machine we were able to freshen up the towels etc during our stay. Location wise, on the 615 bus route from Paphos to Coral Bay, €2 fare for any journey made travel easy, we did hire a car but it was really necessary. Plenty of good tavernas either in walking or a quick bus ride, you could be on Paphos harbour with 20minutes. All in all thoroughly recommended.

We are just preparing ourselves to leave after 10 days in fabulous villa.5. 6 of us have had an amazing time and loved this place. The place is spotless and spacious and very well equipped. Air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge was very welcome and the pool is brilliant. We have spent many an hour in the there. No fighting to reserve sunloungers. Great outdoor space with table and chairs. There is wifi but can be a little patchy in the bedrooms but who cares!! There is a safe for all your valuables and plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone. We did have a few little ants who wanted to join in the party but a call to George got that sorted within 10 minutes. Nadia came on day 5 to change the beds and towels. We were well taken care of. You can get to a little sandy cove for a swim within a 10 minute walk but the loungers on there are for a nearby hotel so we just went for a dip. We made the choice not to get a hire car as the buses are great and every 10 minutes. There are stops across the road, one gets you to Coral Bay, the other to Paphos. It's 2 euros for a single trip but you do need to change buses at the bus station so getting a day rider for 6.50 euros for an adult and 3.25 euros for a child, works out better. We got these to get to the waterpark which saved alot. There is a lidl on the main road but you will need to bus it if no car. There is a supermarket within walking distance which is more expensive but handy for urgent bits. Not many restaurant's within walking distance but we found Sonny's. Great food, staff and good value. Check out is 12 but I would recommend asking George or Nadia if a late checkout is available. Our flight is 11pm and luckily we can stay in the villa till our pick up for a cost of 50 euros so we can enjoy a full day in the sun. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Cracking family business.

We cannot give this place enough stars. A little tricky to find in the dark when you're tired due to some trees partially covering the sign (Google takes you round the back to the gate which you need your key to open too). It's a little turning if coming from Paphos just before Sunset Bay hotel. We arrived at about 820pm and the owner appeared a few minutes later to give us the run down. The key had been left in the door. Bread milk coffee and bottled water was left for us which was much appreciated. There are some local shops including supermarkets a few minutes walk away but a lovely one further down the coast called Phillipos which has everything. Most shut at nine but there is a 24 hour kiosk for essentials just down the hill. The crazy spoon supermarket almost opposite the villa complex entrance we found a bit pricier but convenient. The villa was spacious, empeccably clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Towels for use in the villa provided. The view from the two balconies were lovely as we could see the sea. The pool was lovely (a little nippy but once you got in... was refreshing) Which we basically did every day . The beds and towels were changed on the Sunday half way through our break. There's access via the back gate (key fob or keypad for accessing the gate) to a little beach area 5 mins walk which is great to watch the sunset from. We had a couple of times to call on George the owner as one night one of the patio door locks misbehaved this was fixed within minutes. A second time we called as the power tripped and he advised us there were three fuse boxes to check in the house so that was surprising but an easy fix. On the last day check out was 11 but they said we could stay til 3 as our flight wasn't til later. We absolutely loved the villa and pool it was lovely and quiet (just the sound of splashing from the hotel pool across from us. The Villas were situated well for some nice restaurants. You could walk to both Sonny's (British type food) and Harmony (Cypriot), the latter being out favourite place to eat. Although we had a car there were bus stops close by so you could get to various places easily without one. The location was handy for Paphos or to travel over to Polis or Troodos. Not in the hubbub of Paphos itself but close enough to travel in. WiFi was great downstairs. A little dippy upstairs but fired back up immediately. We stayed in Xanthe which was villa 3. Three bedrooms. This far reached any expectations we had before we arrived. We would come back tomorrow if we could.

Fabulous villa very peaceful not far from anywhere pool is gorgeous not far from pathos centre or coral bay. Great supermarket just up the road and lovely restaurants just down the road we will definitely come here again.
