We booked 3 nights. Upon arrival the room was ready but the bed was very dirty. No phone manual was there. Actually room was not ready for using by a new guest. We asked to change the room and they did. The new room was better but during 3 nights and four days just one time was cleaned after several request. House keeping was awful. Location and breakfast were positive points. However, I don't recommend this hotel.

Never again! Arrived to total chaos. Reception was a new girl, very friendly but could not get any belll boy to help. We waited 15 min to get one to go to our rooms. Breakfast is terrible. For a "5 star" hotel there should be at least hot food and someone to make eggs and omlet fresh. Food was cold and lacking. Boy making pancakes was extremely, extremely rude. Getting tours is a joke. We wanted tour information, inthe middle of talking to us the girl took a phone call and totally ignored us. We walked across the street and bought a tour from someone else, so rude. In the afternoon, noise above our room, construction, couldn't sleep. Manager comes to the lobby, walks fromone end to the other, walks back. Bubba, at least stop and ask people if everything is ok, is there any problem or suggestions? Very, very poor management. I have stayed in 3 star kish hotels better than this. Never, ever again.

This is not a 5star hotel, not even three. For a 5 star in the tourist capital, no-one speaks English at the front desk. The rooms would have been nice in the 1890s, but now tired. Housekeeping is terrible. Your room will not be cleaned unless you put on the cleaning light. One day I was in the room when they cleaned, it took them less than 3 minutes. The bathroom has never been cleaned (I am here for a week) and every day I have to ask for towels. WiFi is frustratingly slow and every day I have to go to reception to get a new password. The gym and pool is useless, for men only open 3 nights a week from 8-11 (normally when you have supper) The coffee shop is nice, but on a good day it will take 20 minutes for them to make you a coffee. The only good thing about this hotel is the maitre de, Abbas. He is fluent in English, fun, enthusiastic and professional. He is way to good for this second class hotel and I am speaking to my hospitality clients in Dubai to get him employed at a true 5 star hotel. I’m back later this year and will definitely avoid this hotel, I suggest you do the same…

The location of the hotel was good, it was close to the beach and shopping malls, and the staff were kind. The variety of breakfast was small. Overall, I would choose this hotel again for a normal trip.

we were in this hotel by first of February. the location indeed is the best parameter I can review. the rooms cleanness is ok and breakfast was delicious and the variety of that was reasonable. Totally this hotel can satisfy your different concerns for a normal travel.
