The room was clean & had everything you need in it, Overall the accommodation is good value for money 👍

Perfect staycation. A lovely comfortable accommodation close to all shops, restaurants, supermarket and kings Lynn train station.

Lovely host & cosy room As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate & tissues. I didn’t arrive until 8pm and I struggled to get in the main door after 5 or so attempts the system locked me out in the end so I messaged Helen and within ten minutes she called me and talked me through it until I got in both doors luckily it resets itself after a couple of minutes she said to let her know if I was cold and she could turn the radiator up which I thought was lovely she was brilliant and I would stay here again. One tiny little complaint is no tv channels at all hopefully that gets sorted as it would be annoying if mine wasn’t a flying visit.

Great place to stay. One of the best equipped and well set up places I have stayed. Great to have clean and well-equipped kitchen. My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. I would recommend these rooms to others.
