Baymont by Wyndham Kingdom City

Truly a wonderful experience! Naya and his brother were exceptionally accommodating to me and my family who occupied two other rooms. Naya seemed to go out of his way to ensure we were all having a great stay. To me it was like the old fashioned hospitality of days gone by where everyone is treated like family. They are genuine! Also note that the hotel is just about done with a complete renovation so everything is brand new and so clean.

Ok for a single night stay Stayed for a conference and it was fine, but nothing spectacular. No hotel gym. Room was clean enough, but the toilet seat was broken all the way through one side which I can only imagine the germs living there. Bed was average in comfort.

Pet friendly doesn’t always mean theirs no charge. Everything overall was ok. I was angry when the guy at the front desk said it was an extra $25 per pet to stay there. That’s the first time that’s ever been mentioned at any hotel anytime anywhere. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but didn’t said anything about it costing extra. That’s precisely why I stayed at this hotel vs any other. It I had been alone, I’d have told the desk clerk off and gone somewhere else but I wasn’t alone and we had traveled all day. I just didn’t appreciate not being told beforehand about the charge. I felt like it was just another way for the hotel to take advantage of me and my situation and gouge some more money out of me.
