Golf trip Kimberley
Excellent condo / loved the kitchen bathroom and pool and location! Rainfall shower had excellent water pressure - in Suite laundry was great! Totally recommend this condo - golf courses great here too!

On the surface it looked quite nice. Unfortunately there were some issues: There was an extremely strong chemical/perfume smell in the room. We later realized it was coming from the air conditioner. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane engine, extremely loud for trying to sleep. The “TV” was a desk top screen attached to the wall. Pretty small for an expensive room. The bed mattress was worn out. My side of the bed had me rolling into a big dip on the left side of the mattress. Although the unit appeared to have been cleaned, the back wall of the shower had significant mold. The towels were the calibre you expect to find in an ultra economy motel. You are provided one bath towel per guest for a three day stay. There is no housekeeping and with a bill totalling nearly $300 per night, it was disappointing. I have to say we stayed here 3 years ago and were really impressed by the place. I can’t see us ever staying there again.

Mountain spirit resort is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious, clean, 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom is perfect for a family. The full kitchen and island makes for great family dinners. The large balcony that is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your surroundings.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I highly recommend this resort and look forward to coming back!

Awful stay, will never come back again! There is a constant noise in the room 203 - not from the fridge or the room heating system. Its something different, motorized, that runs all night (pool/parking running vents/motors or something like this)! Not me or kids could sleep. It is quieter in the plane then here. There is no one at the front desk after 5pm to ask for assistance!! (We tried calling the number for after hours assistance - the person knows nothing). Inside parking is a joke if you are driving anything bigger then the "mini cooper". If cars are squished as supposed to be, by 2 between the columns, no one can open the doors without hitting a neighbor.

We were on the main floor. Room was great , bed comfy, furnishings great. Could have better pillows. Only complaint(s) was that air conditioning did not function very well. Granted it was hot during our stay but others in the complex said their room was like a meat locker while ours was very warm (hot). Not sure about the upper floors but our patio glass and windows could definitely use a washing. Front desk staff was great.

Had a wonderful stay at Mountain Spirit Resort. Lovely to have the hot tub after a day of skiing. Convenient free shuttle service into town was an extra benefit! Thanks to front desk staff Carolyn, Margaret and Bonnie for great customer service.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The pool was nice but not great for toddlers. Older kids definitely would enjoy it more.

Very well equipped units next to the ski lifts. Also underground parking is a must in Canadian winters. Units have a wonderful open plan to them, loved the bathtub next to the bedroom. At home we have one in the bedroom. Wonderful ski locker room, but the locks were a worry. Terry O'Grady
