Comfortable and stylish furnishings. LVP in common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, designer tile floor and raised breakfast bar for extra seating. Sound facing large deck that is accessible from great room and primary bedroom.
Located in Hamilton Cay which is part of the Bermuda Bay Community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Offers a community club house with fitness center and pool (mini water park complete with lazy river and slide) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. May be open some weekends during May and September. Check pool for exact days and hours of operation.
It's a very convenient one-mile drive to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches. At Mile Post 8.25, the community is convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, activities and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-popular vacation destination. Wonderful property that stands apart within this neighborhood. Incredible views and less traffic so the kids were able to ride their bikes and play outside. Very comfortable accommodations that are well maintained, including basic necessities, like spices etc. that make the stay even easier upon arrival. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will be back!

Just as advertised
This condo is very spacious, with lots of closet space. Well stocked kitchen and garage. Absolutely beautiful views from large deck. The beds were comfortable. We had no complaints!

Getaway
Condo was fantastic. It was just as pictured. The host was responsive. It was quiet and close to everything. The only drawback wad that there were venomous snakes on the grounds.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home
Amazing decor, so many conveniences includung the wagon in the garage for groceries and luggage, and the porch and VIEWS!!! Host is fantastic and we have already booked for next year!!!!

Great place! Great layout of condo with plenty of room! On the sound side which was quiet but close to everything in Kills Devil Hills.

Fantastic Condo and Host
Our family had a fantastic time at this rental! There were 4 adults and an 11 month old. The condo was well kept and incredibly clean. We also really appreciated being able to use the owner’s beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. which cut down on all the stuff we had to haul down. Our 11 month old loved the open concept and being able to crawl around from room to room and he especially loved the community Pool and had a great time splashing around the toddler splash pad area. Jeanne the owner was a great communicator as well! Would highly recommend!
