Pros: Beautiful hotel built with it's locality at heart. The Swahili architecture in the rooms especially is top notch. Big, clean rooms with views and balcony. Great staff, Amisi at reception and George at the restaurant were exceptional. Kilifi itself is beautiful so would visit again. P/s - if you can, please visit the spa! Cons: Food was average (buffet dinner and breakfast). These have great room for improvement.

Our stay was very pleasant, we really enjoyed, the property is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I would like to suggest a better choice of pillows and matress, also food consistency in the a la carte menu. Barizi spa was amazing, ask for Regina, she was superb and excellent masseuse. 👏 Chef Salim was very accomodative, he made for us grilled prawns and they were really good. All the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a million dollar view from the hotel, the beach is beautiful, clean clear water till the horizon. The pool is big and clean. We will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay . Wonderful workshop the staff were very support organized welcoming .Special thanks to Kelvin,Lemmy, peter Salome and entire reservation team for the great work work your doing.This hotel is one of hotels in my wish list to visit again .Best services feels home away from home.

Very clean rooms and good food. Accommodative with children and good environment for resting and relaxation. Good for holiday and meeting away from noisy town..

Had a great stay at Silver Palms- the rooms are great, I loved swimming lapses in the circular swimming pool, and I slept very well in the comfortable bed.

Love the ambience and spacious rooms and such a good view. Some get into the ubuque swimming pool from the balcony. The beach was also very convenient.

The set up within the hotel is good. Good out door management system. Staff are paying attention to details. The food is tasty and the options of varieties to choose from.

I stayed at Silver Palm for one night and had a lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and featured a bathtub — a welcome touch for a relaxing evening. The food was good and fresh, with enough variety for a short stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay. I’d definitely recommend Silver Palm and would be happy to return.

The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. The Hotel Manager is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The food was also sumptuous with good variety. The rooms are spacious. We also benefitted from well set conference facilities plus PA system and good internet connectivity which allowed for virtual meeting
