This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach. Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided. After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV. A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store. We loved our stay! The view from the condo is stunning and you can’t beat the ocean access. We were looking for a quiet vacation for a few days to just relax on the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet mornings on the deck with coffee, reading on the beach during the day and sunsets from our deck with wine in the evening. Our host was very communicative and we appreciated the easy check in process.

Joes condo was perfect in every way. On a quiet beach with beautiful sand and sunsets! The condo had everything we wanted and was in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the island. The kitchen and everything he supplies while we were here is perfect. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear and umbrella was provided to make our stay the best on the island. Thank you Joe for everything and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Kihei! The location couldn’t be better, steps from the sand, gorgeous sunsets every evening, and close to great restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a comfortable, relaxed vibe. Perfect spot for a Maui getaway—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning special. The condo was comfortable and overall very enjoyable. Only a small note: we noticed some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the experience. Would happily stay here again!
