Was amazing and in city center, i will be choosing the hotel again

The male receptionist was not very helpful and was unpleasant.

This was an extended stay. We had to extend our stay since we liked it here so much. Why move?

シングルルームは部屋に窓無し、風呂場にのみ小さな高窓。エアコンなし。当然風が入らず暑い。キガリで晴れると、このホテルのエアコン無しのシングルルームには暑くて居ることができない。シングルルームには、冷蔵庫もない。テレビは電源は入るが、多くの部屋で(このホテルには宿泊4回目)何も映らない。映っても、チャンネルは3つのみ。朝食のパンのレパートリーは多く、カプチーノやカフェラテも旨い。果物の種類は多いし、野菜入りのオムレツは塩加減もとても良い。フロントの対応も良い。設備のみ、問題である。

The house is clean, and customer-experience is good. Their breakfast recipe is rich, and I like tree tomatoes juice, pineapple a lot!

It's not worth the money I paid price

Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and a great restaurant makes Gloria an excellent choice while staying in Kigali!

The property is very clean I didn't like cleaners moving on balcony when i wasn't expecting them to be there.

Well situated boutique style hotel. The hotel reception staff, security, maids and breakfast waiter were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stairs with no lift, but staff happily carried my bags up and down. Whilst my room was compact, it was nicely furnished with a large balcony with outdoor setting and a great view of the hills. Tea/coffee making in room was great. I utilised the laundry servixe and it was reasonably priced with items returned in timely manner and well pressed. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the street mall and restaurants. It was also an easy walk back from the Belgium Peacekeepers Memorial. Nice roof top style bar/restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection with barrista made coffee. My Americano was delixious! The only disappointment was my evening meal. I ordered chicken kiev and it was exceptionally dry. It contained ham and carrots within the fillet chicken, but no cheese as per the description on the menu. I noted this with the waiter and he just shrugged it off. I only ate two of the six pieces, again with no remark made by waiter when plate cleared. Fortunately the accompanying side salad and chips were tasty. I would stay there again.

Gloria Hotel Kigali Stay My stay at Gloria hotel Kigali was comfortable, the service was very good and the employees are all respectful, diligent and professional. They are promp with delivery of service and eager to help,they are friendly too. The food is good, I very much enjoyed the cooked food. The hotel is clean and they are very aware of protecting the environment with the choice of toiletries.

ROBBED! The place was definitely sub-standard from the description on the website and it was not a very comfortable experience all round. had to sleep under a net and no aircon. WORST thing was though - I had an expensive watch stolen from my jacket while I was waiting to leave for the airport and the hotel has denied that one of their staff took it - and also said there was nothing on the cameras - again impossible. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all let alone if you have anything of value that you dont want stolen when your back is turned...

Établissement très propre. Bon emplacement, personnel accueillant et serviable, avec en prime un bon petit-déjeuner.
