Βρέθηκα στο the kefalari suites για ένα γάμο. Είχα πει θα συμπλήρωνα την αξιολόγηση στο φυλλάδιο του δωματίου αλλά ξεχάστηκα κι έτσι ήρθα εδώ να αξιολογήσω την εμπειρία μου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό, είχε τα πάντα, τα κρεβάτια τόσο αναπαυτικά, είχε δύο μπαλκόνια, πεντακάθαρο και το καλύτερο από όλα ήταν οι κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν. Δεν έχω ξαναδεί τόση ευγένια τόση καλοσύνη και διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Με το χαμόγελο και με καλή διάθεση. Μπράβο σας πραγματικά αν τύχει να ξανάρθω Αθήνα θα σας επιλέξω σίγουρα!!!

Fabulous!!! What a lovely experience! The room was very comfortable and the staff was so delightful and accommodating. The breakfast boxes are amazing. I would definitely recommend this lovely destination.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My room overlooked an incredibly noisy restaurant compressor that I was assured would stop during the night—it didn’t. The constant noise made sleeping almost impossible. To make matters worse, the "included breakfast" was a complete joke: served in the room, it was shockingly poor in quality and quantity. Adding insult to injury, the room's carpet was stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. This hotel fails on all fronts: false promises, terrible amenities, and overall neglect. There are far better options in Greece—don’t waste your money here.

Good, charming hotel in Kifisia Very good old style hotel, full of character; well decorated, well maintained; helpful personnel at the reception. What has not convinced me: the breakfast box brought to your room, since there is no breakfast room downstaris: every day it's the same, no chance to choose. I believe this has to be improved: like allowing the clients to select the breakfast content the evening before, or so...

Warm friendly place to stay, lovely Athens suburb The staff at the Kefalari Suites are very kind and helpful! It was delightful to stay somewhere where the welcome was so warm and friendly. They even provided me gluten-free breakfasts, which was extremely thoughtful. Stress-free stay, highly recommend.

We appreciated the warm staff, especially at the front desk. The room Was nice but the carpeting was full of stains. Breakfast boxes could be much better. The lift was a bit scary.

I stayed in a superior suite, with a terrace, on floor one, for three nights. This property could be five stars with some renovations and TLC. What's to love: - Perfectly located in a leafy residential neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and the metro stop - The building has great bones. Architectural details, high ceilings, big rooms, spacious terraces, etc. - The terrace! Mine was very large, and I was at eye level with verdant treetops. I enjoyed the smells and sounds (as opposed to noise) from the restaurant below and across the street, as well as listening to, and watching, the birds. Loved being outside - Quiet room. Lots of natural light. Windows and doors that let in fresh air - The kitchen was convenient What could be improved: - The shaggy carpet was disgusting. Stains everywhere - Beige carpet, beige walls, old beige furniture, old beige furnishings and decor. My room was badly in need of an update/makeover - No late checkout -- even though the room was available -- without paying 50% of the nightly rate. It wouldn't have cost them anything to let me stay a few extra hours - No breakfast restaurant: a boxed breakfast, which was the same every day, was delivered to the room. The contents were mediocre. Coffee was from an espresso machine. If renovations are in process, maybe offer dining at a neighboring hotel?
