太喜歡這個酒店了，完全可以在酒店住個幾天，第一次感受真的壁爐，小朋友們都很興奮。肯尼亞山和國家公園完全不一樣的感覺，很乾凈，看得出這邊的人，相對富有，是另外一番景象。

非常漂亮，很多項目選擇。

是這次肯尼亞旅行中，最滿意的酒店之一，環境很好，房間裏乾淨整潔。還有壁爐，晚上服務人員會幫忙點火，餐廳口味也還可以～ 酒店位置很好，應該是遊覽肯尼亞山的必選酒店了^_^

酒店服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，在高爾夫球場和酒店公共區域能看到好多動物不時走過，在揮桿赤道球場，也是種不錯的體驗。

The rooms are really comfortable and super clean. The hotel is actually also an animal réserve and orphanage, where you can actually admire beautiful and well treated animals. The view on mount kenya is fantastic. to also note the professionalism and kindness of the team. I will definitely come back

Fantastic resort. Warm and lovely staff. Beautiful scenery. Would recommend definitely to everyone. I think this was the best work offsite I’ve had and the best part!!! I don’t even know- from the horse riding to the animal orphanage to the unlimited burger and alcohol to the bonfire nights! Just amazing

A magnificent location, with birds, monkeys, llamas and hogs aplenty. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a suite which was comfortable but a little soulless. We had to ask twice for more bed clothes and heater. Access to the public areas required exit through to the outside and entrance by the bar which was not perfect. The restaurant was buffet or a la carte. We stuck with the latter having had 6 days of buffets at our last stop. The menu was very limited meaning I ate the same dish 3 times and the taste differed on each occasion! They ran out of Diet Coke ( no apologies only excuses ) and provided Dijon mustard for our steaks. Serving staff, of which there were many, were more quantity and less quality ( except Christine and Lavender ). The golf was 9 hole par 27. Caddy obligatory. Course was poorly maintained. Local ‘proper’ course doesn’t permit members. Perhaps the hotel could negotiate guest access? Animal orphanage fantastic, Swimming pool unheated, therefore quite cold. The only comfortable seating area in the evening was the bar or in your suite. Too cold to sit outside on the veranda. Staff tips were to the individual only, no general tip box.

Great place to be. Had a nice time visiting Mount Kenya February 2024 and also visited in February 2025 with the same experience( and even more). I would encourage anyone visiting to be rest assured it's a good place to be with lots of activities.

The services were good especially the room service and food was very delicious. PETER KIRABA, was the person giving us room service was a very humble and perfect person in his work. You had a variety of different types of food. The managers were on their toes all the time working tirelessly. T

This is a very beautiful place. Special thanks to our turndown room service attendant Mr.Paul Mugo. Mugo did a very fantastic job. He's English is very coherent...we loved his introduction not forgetting his knowledge about the hotel. Mugo he's very wise. Mugo he's very clean. Out of 10 I rate him 9/10. Mugo gave us a little story about Fairmont. To be sincere he's a good housekeeper. When I come please let him attend our room. Thank You Mugo.

Our family of four (mom, dad, daughters 18 and 20) stayed in one of the William Holden cottages for three nights in December. It was absolutely amazing, a once in a lifetime experience, just totally phenomenal. Coming from the U.S., the prices felt very reasonable for the level of service and the quality of the hotel. The room: Clean, fresh, comfortable, quiet, excellent sleep. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the baboons and birds with Mount Kenya in the background. The grounds are impeccable, so it's just lovely to sit and enjoy the scenery. The living room was perfect for us. We enjoyed having a nice warm fire when we came home from dinner and sitting in the living room together playing games before we all retired to our bedrooms. The shower temperature was a bit tricky to adjust--it seemed very hot to me!--but otherwise not a single complaint about the rooms. The food: The board package was a little confusing. Confirm which package you have before you arrive. The buffet is pretty standard Fairmont food, so if you are familiar with the brand, you won't be surprised. I appreciated the variety of options, and especially loved the broth (seriously!!!!) and the traditional Kenyan food section. Excursions: We did a nature walk from the hotel into Mt. Kenya national forest. This was an incredible experience. We had a nature guide, an armed guard from the hotel, and an armed park ranger. But it never felt dangerous or weird or awkward. The armed guard and the ranger were lovely and knew so much about the plants and animal tracks and bird songs, it felt like we had three nature guides. We saw lots of tracks but no animals. This was totally fine for us, because it was all so exciting and beautiful, but I felt like the nature guide was disappointed he couldn't show us an elephant or rhino. We also did the Ngare Ndare excursion. The armed ranger who accompanied us to the waterfall was also absolutely wonderful, a wealth of knowledge about plants and animals and birds. He was engaging and friendly. The waterfall itself is beautiful, it looks just like it does in all the pictures. The water is cold, but the hotel guide met us there with towels so I could jump in. There was some confusion about the park fees though, and I mentioned to the concierge that it would be better if the hotel just covered all the costs and built them into the fee we paid for the excursion. It's a decent drive to get to the park, and while it's so interesting to see the villages and towns along the way, it does take a while. I might skip this excursion if you have limited time at the hotel. We did the horseback riding safari, which was incredibly cool. The animals are not afraid of the horses, so you can get very close. The two guides were friendly and professional, and we felt safe and well cared for the entire time. We also did the biking safari, which I did not enjoy. It's quite difficult to bike on the paths in the reserve, so if you are not comfortable on off-r
