The hotel is situated next to the Nanyuki - Nyeri highway which makes it very convenient to access. Together my family we visited this hotel in December 2024 for 3 nights. The rooms are quite appealing especially the cottages. Generally the hotel is nicely built and has great staff. the only thing that i didn't like about this hotel is that food is very expensive and very little portions are served, for example they serve very little veggies (a pinch of spinach) as accompaniment for food that was very expensive - it felt like a rip-off. We opted to have most of our meals outside the hotel. Please do your homework and compare your portions with other similar hotels. Sylvia was very useful as she was able to sort most of our issues which included check-in issues and wrong bills/prices that dont match the prices on the menu. I would still recommend this hotel to others - they should only improve on the mentioned items.

Room 210 has issues with hot water system and had to shower from another room. Your dinner is not enough

There’s a lot of bad to say about this hotel. - Disorganized- On the day of checking in we realized the hotel had played us probably in favor of people attending another event at the same place and some of us had no rooms (we came to this realization at 9pm) and they tried to get us to stay at a different hotel. Half the group declined and booked a stay at a different hotel. - Some of the rooms are in disrepair and reception for some reason still has nerve to allocate the rooms. We moved to a room that had no working sockets and some lights. Complained and got moved to another one. It was 9pm and reception asked us to wait for the room to get mopped. Only to come in and find an onion peeling. I laughed. - Food selection- Pathetic. They had a limited selection of food. Literally had one bite and I couldn’t push myself to eat that. Not fresh, not well seasoned. - The noise in rooms near the reception. They have a bar that plays really loud music. Don’t come here for rest and relaxation. - Broken fixtures in rooms not fixed.
