Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport)

So I booked this in a hurry as my first choice that I had booked wouldn't accommodate my bicycle. I was pretty frozen when I arrived and not in a good mood but I had a lovely warm welcome from Rehka, who very kindly gave me a ground floor room and held open all the doors so that I could take the bike with me for safety. The bed was lovely , the room nice and clean with clear instructions how to get WiFi, etc...I had a walk in shower which was bliss....boiling hot water for ages! I should've booked here first instead of going for a cheaper option

It was a lovely stay and Rekha on reception was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Convenient location for visiting Oxford. Parking was also free which was as a bonus, as most place you have to pay these days. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. The room was dark and silent and the bed very comfortable. My wife and I agreed that it could only be improved by not having to share with one another. Also the breakfast was very Good. And the pillows. Is that enough characters now?!

Friendly helpful staff. Clean , warm room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels and spare pillows if you needed them . Both the bathroom and bed area were a good size and you didn’t feel crammed in. We ate in the adjoining restaurant and the food was lovely. The staff friendly and polite. Very helpful. If you just want a night away. Give this a try

Claudia on reception went beyond the call of duty helping with urgent email printing. Polite-professional and very very patient as it took some time to sort out amazing. We stay in many hotels this premier inn met five star service . The staff in the attached restaurant were also great and the room clean and comfortable.

Let me start out with the staff. It is wonderful. Sweet, helpful, accommodating, and easy to deal with, but this establishment is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Here is why. The pillows are S#!te. They are like rocks. The towels are worse, and the TV is even worse than that and shuts off every flipping hour. In my case, it wakes me up because I need the TV to sleep. Is this to save 50p on electricity. Give me a freaking break, you cheapskates. The air conditioning shuts off as well, so there is another reason you can wake up in the middle of the night sweating. Who cares about the customer if they have to work in the morning or drive after getting no sleep. That is hospitality at its finest. The company can't get people to work there. I wonder why. Maybe it's because you pay them s#!tty, give them no time off, and treat them like trash. I know in the US slavery was abolished, but apparently, it's still allowed in the UK. I guess that makes sense. The Beefeater is part of the hotel where the food isn't bad but because nobody want to work there they are closed most of the time. Don't let me get started on the internet. Hey management, it's FREAKING 2024. Get some bandwidth. I have more bandwidth in 1 of my homes than you penny pinching greedtards do at your entire hotel. Long story short, I had the deal with the same problems for two weeks. Kiddlington and Redditch. I have not gotten a decent night's sleep the whole time, and I can't wait to get back to work in the US.
