Room floor have dust . No facial tissue. No brush & paste. Door lock is not working properly. Lot of problems.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the bathroom mirror. Spacious room and love the bench. You can put a lot of your stuff on the big bench if you don't like putting stuff in the closet. The free breakfast is wonderful. Staff are very nice!!!!!!!

The woman at the check in counter was so pleasant. Absolute aces. The breakfast was very good. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a problem with the door handle. You had to slam the door when leaving the room in order to close it. Not something you want to do if you’re going in and out late. The shower didn’t drain properly. It was a little clogged so it left you standing in water during your shower. Also the water in the shower was Luke warm at best. These are things that could easily be fixed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights and were contacted each day to see how everything was with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We will stay here again! Special Thank You to Anthony!

I want to just say how great Anthony was and his manager and the rest of the staff that my girlfriend and i came in contact with on August 11. We were in town for the Elements music and arts festival, when a hurricane came through destroying our campsite. We ended up going home the first night and coming back the second night we slept in our car if you call that sleeping the night of the 10 at about 7 am of the 11 I called multiple hotels trying to find anything when we came in contact with Anthony explaining our situation him and his manager were more then happy to help us told us to come down and he'll finish booking the room for us, we explained we had no where to go and offered us breakfast and access to the hottub and pool while we wait for the room to vacat and get cleaned check in I believe us normally 3 pm we got the text that our room was ready a little after noon. They were seriously a godsend for us every hotel with in 30 mins was fully sold out. They went above and beyond for the both of us and we are entirely grateful

Very clean hotel, great breakfast selection. Excellent I hotel staff , very courteous an friendly. We will definitely stay again due to excellent service. Hotel management excellent.pool was awesome an very clean. We really enjoyed hot tub. Holiday inn in white haven pa is worth the stay.We also felt very safe here . Great location!

Nice and clean hotel and room was very comfortable and very convenient The room beddings were amazing Checkin and checkout was very smooth Many parking spaces The breakfast also was delicious and light We stayed here one night after a trip to the white haven waters and it was what we needed for a night to relax before heading back home

I thought the front desk staff was very polite and professional. Understanding that they were short staffed, I would still have liked our towels restocked, Other than that no complaints. I will be booking again soon for next year's Pocono race weekend.

Had a great day. The only problem was the elevator was not working going up was not a problem, but coming down how to use the stairs. Breakfast bar was good with fresh food and friendly staff to help with something was needed. The rooms were clean and very well kept.
