The room cleaning service was terrible, the guy only fixed the bed and left all the garbage and didnt bring any towels or water, we had to ask for a second cleaning. The room smell was horrible as if it was moist for a long time, and the twin beds were not comfortable at all.. other than that the valet was good, the reception were nice, access to the beach was convenient, shower water was hot and we got an upgraded room with salon for free.

The internet /wifi service was bad, even after highlighting the issue nothing happened and we couldnt use the services Overall it was good

Friendly staff and decent hotel room. Great location! Most attractions walking distance, short drive.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

The server ei kyar was soo nice and kind, she had a smile in her fac. And the food was pretty good and the coffee was nice too .

Great location and see views. Outdated rooms. Buffets much below average. Ok for cheap package tourism but disappointing for independent travelers. Overpriced too. Good service by the employees who were super keen. Given however that there are still limited options around, it remains a safe choice.

Very disappointing experience with this kitchen product. The quality was poor, and the food had the worst taste and variety I have ever come across.

Отдыхали в августе 25. 1. Заселяют в номер ровно в 15-00 так, что готовьтесь ждать. 2. Когда покупали позиционировали как Фуджейра, по факту Корфакан и отель находиться очень далеко от цивилизации. 3. Номера убитые, напора в душе нет от слова совсем, кран бежит со всех щелей. Слышимость это, что то с чем то, выходили из лифта, а нам ребёнок уже открывал дверь услышав наш разговор(от лифта до номера метров 15) 4. Уборка это отдельная тема. Пыль на столах пропала один раз за 2 недели, и то не во всех местах, постоянно выпрашивали зубные наборы и туалетную бумагу. Если кому то важно, то постель за 2 недели не поменяли. 5. Еде в ресторане острая, ребёнок ел одни макароны 2 недели 6. Условия прачечной убили , первый раз такое встретил, постирать одну футболку 100 дирхам и так каждая тип вещи расписан, до носовых платков 7. Море грязное, через день приплывают странные пенные пятна, которые с большим аппетитом кушаю рыбки Но убило больше всего это , то что в один из дней пришли и начали просить написать отзыв, и эти хождения продолжались всю последнюю неделю. Вот таким вот образом и формируется хороший рейтинг отеля. А да чуть не забыл, отель позицианирует, что большая стройка вам мешать не будет, и да в номере её не слышно, но лёжа на пляже вас будут развлекать звуки арушего работника, молотка болгарки и дрели , и вишенкой на торте будут муравьи.

Отдыхали с семей нам понравилось были конечно недочёты но в основном все хорошо возможно съездим сюда ещё раз Ali 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
