จอง 3 ห้อง ได้ห้องไม่ตรงปก ตอนจองเป็นห้องตรงตึกที่มีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ให้พักห้องอีกตึก โดยปัดความรับผิดชอบว่าทางทริปใส่รูปห้องผิดเอง ซึ่งห้องเก่ามาก ฝ้า ผนัง ประตู มีรอยจารึก ผนังปูนก็เป็นรา บวม ผ้าขนหนูขาด สีหม่นมากๆ ไม่ควรนำมาใช้งานต่อ ผ้าปูมีรอยคราบเลือด แย่มากๆ ห้องน้ำ บริเวณสายฉีดชำระ น้ำนองตลอดแม้ไม่ได้มีการใช้งาน พนักงานไม่รู้เรื่อง บริการไม่เป็นมิตร เสียดายสถานที่ ที่กว้างขวาง น่าจะรีโนเวททำให้ดี พนักงานต้องปรับปรุง ผู้จัดการด้วยเช่นกัน ทราบปัญหาจากลูกน้อง แต่ยืนยันเป็นความผิดเอเย่น ให้ไป complain trip.com เอง เราลูกค้าจ่ายเงินจองห้องราคาแพง แต่ได้นอนห้องราคาถูก แย่มากๆ

ห้องสวยสะอาดดีแต่มีที่อ่างอาบน้ำรั่วออกมาในพื้น แจ้งทางโรงแรมทราบและดำเนินการแก้ไข

We are a couple stay there for 2 nights in the pool side extra room that the kids played with the noise till 10pm Breakfast is simple The hotel entrance road full of water after rain not a good choice for us to stay here

Yöpyminen muutoin kaikin puolin hyvä, mutta Wifi ei toiminut koko aikana, enkä saanut hotellilta vastausta syyhyn. Jouduin istumassa receptionissa ja minulle tarjottiin illalla rauhallista työtilaa myös aamiaishuoneesta.

Stayed as had early morning flight from Khon Kaen approximately 15 minute drive away. Hotel location close to ring road. Suite booked incorporated four poster bed and was clean and included jacuzzi bathtub (not utilized). External gym facility welcome if time permitted. Room rate included breakfast (although again not taken due to early flight). In conclusion, comfortable and reasonable value although a little soulless.

The facility is a mess. Rooms need many things repaired and the facility was a mess
