No hot water and no service when requested. Rooms are clean and well maintained. No breakfast service to the room/lobby

Room was quite spacious and the decor too was good. There were cocroaches in the room and cleaning of bathroom was not up to the mark. They have not their own breakfast served in their hotel and they served breakfast from adjacent restaurant.
