Grape County Eco Resort & Spa, Nashik

2n/3d at grape county - good resort with lots of amenities but service wise very poor. We were 2 couples with 2 infants booked patio condo room. Room was very nice big enough with sofa & chair. The room also had a nice balcony facing river. The view was amazing with lovely weather in morning & evening. Resort also had various activities like nature trailing, boating, kayaking, etc. Coming to the food, the food was average with limited buffet menu. Apart from average quality the service of staff was very poor. Even the in-room dining experience was bad since the room was quite far from the restuarant, they took nearly half n hour to one hour to get food, plate, milk for the kid etc. Complained to the reception also but no action at all. While checking out when we told them that service was poor, the reception staff admitted that they had been under staff for couple of months. When we pay a good amount to resort we expect good service from them. Overall a 3. 5/5 rating i would give. Do i recommend this property ? sure, but i would suggest not to expect any prompt service from the staff.

After checking out they kept us waiting in name of checking room while nothing payable consumable was put inside. Overall may be a five star but one star culture and services

It was totally worth it. Very beautiful property and courteous staff. I am planning to come back again soon

Location, food, amneties & services all are good. Well maintained property. Will surely recommend to near and dear ones.
