Ramada by Wyndham Khajuraho

This is fantastic hotel in khajuraho. Front office staff allot a good room which is very comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the airport, railway station and tere. Room is very clean. Thanks to Mr. Naveen and Mr. Narayan for good hospitality.

It was great experience at the dining. So co operative & courteous staff. Specially Mr Tabrej and Chef Mukesh made dinner more memorable. Room are also neat and clean. Quite big property to explore. Most recommended for family and solo travelers as well

I came khajuraho for business trip stay in Ramada khajuraho two night staff is very helpful. Property is very beautiful. There is nice organic farm. Chef provide organic veg. Room is clean nice in garden view. Receptionist very kindly staff Mr narayan restaurant staff & chef very friendly they giving us good service

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - 25th to 27th Dec, 2024 with family. They value only their foreign guests with no regards for Indian guests. Even for simple cup of tea during breakfast they would not oblige if you want it sugar free and ask you to drink what is available. The worst experience came when during check-out when it was my turn, but while dealing with me they just ignore us when some foreigner comes and start attending him with no respect for Indians. When I told them that I had patiently waited in the queue and the same should be expected from the other person they apologise to him as if Indians are from an inferior blood. Their racist attitude is very visible in their dealings. Also mind it they are the only ones who charge service charge for any meal that you have at the restaurant or in-room. We had dinner at Radisson and they did not charge us any service charge. Book Radisson if you get the option and avoid Ramada at all costs.

I had a opportunity to stay at Ramada for abut 4 nights this month and must say the name does not live the hype. So lets begin, the check in process was seamless and the staff was friendly. I was given a room on the 1st floor pool facing superior which was absolutely dingy, hardly any light, poorly kept. Refer to the attached photos. The room was not even cleaned proper as even though the whole hotel was non smoking the bathroom had a cigarette butt right on the basin. Maintenance seem to be far fetched idea plug points didn't work, the wooden flooring added seemed to be a rush job where they put the skirting on the older one, only one light working properly in the dresser and the room smelled over all moist. This After brining this to the attention of the department manger as the GM was not available in the evening i was moved to a different upgraded room which was a Deluxe category. The room was much better and well kept. Now i tried to access the wifi but 1st it didn't connect and then when it did it kept disconnecting, not at all stable. Finally i had to escalate this to their IT team who the next day had to call in engineers to have it fixed where they found lost of breakages in the wires and the access points having issues. Thankfully this was fixed and network was stable post that. Went for dinner that evening and i ordered a grilled chicken with sauteed vegetables which was average again. The next day morning breakfast at 9AM was utter chaos, no one to attend tables, the food tasted average, asked for an omlette that the chef forgot, not even water was offered on the table. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he seemed unapologetic. That day's lunch I tried room service to my surprise even after ordering a different dish i was served the same grilled chicken which was offered to me in dinner in a different name. Post which my reluctance to order room service was quite evident. In all this, the staff was friendly always willing to help including folks like Manish and Jitender at the restaurant, the SPA experience was great, big well kept lawns and the hotel's convenient location closer to the airport and to the market place was an added plus. Nett nett, if you have other options for a property you might want to consider looking at them first.
