I ended up here at very short notice, when my hotel had 60 guests arrive at 7am, and it became bedlam! What a joy. Very peaceful & quiet. Clean rooms, hot water. Nothing was too much bother. To say,I felt like a valued guest, is to understate how helpful & forthcoming a each & every member of staff was. In particular the owner Sareem. If you choose to walk. The Western Temples take about 20 minutes. But Sareem will organise a motorcycle, tuk tuk or car. Again, nothing is to much bother. Highly recommended, jus purely on enthusiasm and service olone.

we were among the first travelers visiting India after the 2 year break due to Covid, and as the manager told us, it has been a very hard time for the tourism business.We knew about the place because it is partially run by Swiss people, that we know from home, The Welcome by Rajesh and his two aides was very warm and friendly, on the second day the atmosphere was already familiar, we had long discussions (in English) with Rajesh.The guest house is not tall, 5or6 rooms, which makes it very quiet, the rooms are big and well furnished, the individual bathrooms are clean (above Indian average) ,warm water was ok.Our two rooms had doors to the garden, where we could sit and relax at any time, It's a 15 to 20 minutes walk into town, through a rural area.We rented 2 scooters later on, that we could leave in the patio overnight, If you want, they will make you breakfast or a small meal, or help you to organize whatever you might need...Thanks again Uwe and Charly
