Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at the Keys Collection arvostelua

I had a hard time locating the hotel because the address is N. Roosevelt, but the entrance to the hotel is after the road becomes S. Roosevelt. When I walked around my room barefoot, I got dirt on my feet that the carpet hid. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough to see my face closely enough to shave. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I was concerned when I saw earplugs on my nightstand with a card saying the neighbors could get a little noisy; thankfully I had a quiet night.

The front desk young guy was not respectful at all. He lacks professionalism because he kept leaving his front desk area and left a long waiting queue at 4pm which is the time they only allow us to check in. Meanwhile the other girl Binita was very helpful and nice. The hotel is nice and clean except the drain in my room didn’t work well. The breakfast is good. Overall not bad experience.

An excellent place to be at & relax!!! Everything’s been to our liking. Have no really big complaints other than the shower a tad too small for me and there’s a light or two out in the back parking lot. Other than, I’d DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to friends & family.

We spent on night, Clean room, nice swimming pool. The hotel is located a bit on the side but other than that nothing to complain. oKish breakfast

There were an issue with the system but the the staff improved and resolve very fast. Very clean place, comfortable, quiet and Great location. I will definitely go back again

This is a bait and switch hotel. It is actually an old motel that they slapped a new office on. The room was gross. It smelled, my wife’s feet turned black from walking on the sticky carpet. Don’t stay here. There is a real fairfield inn & suits up the road. Go there.

Location and place is good, but the service and staff are not cooperative. We had an issue with ac in the middle of night after check in, they told us that they can not do anything about it.

I booked and paid for my room on trip.com Once arriving I was told I must put a deposit up of 50 dollars. That was fine or so I thought Once checking out I asked for a print out of my charges , I had a zero balance. Two days later I checked my card to make sure my deposit was put back on then I noticed a 28.07 charge from the hotel. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, they informed me that there was a resort charge. No resort charge was ever mentioned to me while checking in or checking out. This is a racket I have never dealt with before very saddened over Marriott not being stand up.

Nice clean hotel

Mooi hotel voor een bezoek aan key west. Wel erg ver uit het centrum, maar bijvoorbeeld wel erg gunstig gelegen voor de airport. Kamers en ontbijt prima, maar allemaal niet bijzonder.
