Sunrise Suites Resort

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. But, the toilet paper holder was missing. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. The only place to eat was at the counter in the kitchenette. The TV was old and picture was terrible. The remote in the bedroom did not work. And, the hot tub was warm. Will not return!

My first impression was that unit 12 was rather shabby for the price. On our 3rd day we awakened to men on a lift peering in our windows and walking around on our patio. Our curtains were open as we got no warning that there would be men on our 2nd floor balcony and on a lift right outside our windows! We got dressed and left. We came back in the afternoon to rest and shower and go out for the evening. We could not stay there as there was a deafening noise going on, a jackhammer! I reached out to Vacasa, they claimed someone would get back to me, but they did not and upon the 2nd complaint said they could do nothing. This unit is quite far out of key west and all units have a parking lot view. I would not ever recommend anyone stay here

We arrived at the apartment late afternoon unfortunately we had not recieved any communucation about how to check in and enter our aprt, it took about half an hour to contact the office and recieve instructions on how to enter. which was a little frustrating. However the aprt was great 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a living room and full kitchen. we stayed for 2 nights the location was not far from the town and the aprt had parking which is important. We could make breakfast eah day and have coffe on the balcony from where we could see the pool.The location and price were perect for us

Stayed here for 4 days , 3 nights. Room was comfortable extremely clean at check in. Definitely stocked with all the things we needed. Reasonably priced and off the beaten path. Would stay here again for sure.
