After an exciting day at the beach or out on the water, relax in your cozy living room, gather together in the dining room with seating for four, and prepare meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. Please consider the following: Please be advised that this unit has a strict age limit. Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an individual over the age limit. Our local Key Colony Beach Team will monitor compliance with the rental policies and respond promptly to complaints. This is a strictly non-smoking home. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for smoking inside the home in order to clean and deodorize the home. Please note that there will be a $50.00 charge for each lost key. There are separate bins for garbage and recycling - please go green and keep your garbage and recycling separate. Placing garbage in the recycle bins will result in a fee of $150.00 for the removal of the garbage. The above-mentioned fees will be charged at the guest’s expense. We appreciate your consideration. Refuse bags shall not be placed for collection before 4 pm on day preceding collection. If not done, city personnel will place in proper location for a service fee each time.
