Excellent location because very close to the airport. No need for taxi transportation. Poor facilities because no closet, no office table to work. No services because it does not offer breakfast, airport pick up or drop off should be considered for passengers with heavy baggages. Overal, the standard does not deserve the amount charged to clients; the roon I occupied is not worth $234.

My friend and I were there for only one night as we could not get a connection to Grand Turk until the following day. It is very close to the airport but noone would take us there - they flatly refused! Finally someone called the hotel and asked that they pick us up. The hotel is not even a two star - the room was adequate at best. The tap did not work, the hair dryer did not work, my friend found a bug in her bed, etc. There was no free water as their site mentions. The parking area near the office is not paved and very hard to navigate with luggage. We made arrangements with the young man who picked us up at the airport to return the following day to drive us back to the airport. He never showed up and we had to walk down a VERY steep hill with our luggage - it was an adventure to say the least. There is never anyone in the office and the number they post for guests to call is never answered. All in all a terrible experience. Maria, Ottawa, Canada

Good for airport layovers. The location to the airport was very good but the price for quality/standard of the property was too overpriced.
