Kettering

Our family love a Premier Inn but this was the worst one we’ve stayed in to date. Reception staff weren’t welcoming, reception area was tiny given the size of the hotel, room was very cold and the thermostat turned off the heater before the room had warmed up. Given winter conditions I would have expected a spare blanket. Bathroom outdated and tired looking. The Brewers Fayre meal facility was similarly run down and not inviting and the food was more quantity than quality (tho my son loved the refillable soft drink dispenser). Breakfast was disappointing with no continental breads, cheese or meats. On the plus side, the beds were comfy and hot water was in abundance so we left rested and clean. However I was glad that we only stayed one night!

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Kettering and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. As a budget-friendly 3-star hotel, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a super-comfy bed that made it easy to get a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice personal touch to the stay. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions and transport links. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start my day. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality hotel in Kettering, Premier Inn ticks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area!

The worst premier inn I have ever used, if you have mobility issues avoid it at all costs. Don't be late for breakfast, it will be cold. Don't arrive after dark unless you have a good torch. Check at reception, you may have to get back in your car to drive to the annexe.

I’ve been to Rothwell Kettering premier in 7 times and all the times I’ve stayed I’ve been welcomed helped with everything I need and at reception where I have had great service I would like to thank Raj and Lauren who I always meet at reception they are so nice and incredibly helpful id definitely recommend this hotel and the staff are soo nice 👌🏽👌🏽

Stayed Christmas 2024 and can't fault it for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed that for a disabled person with back issues gave the best sleep I'd had in a long time. The staff were friendly and gifted me the WiFi upgrade as a Christmas present which was a lovely gesture and something nowhere else ever did that has two tier WiFi. The Breakfast fills the spot and the pub had nostalgic memories as it was one of my haunts back in the day. If there was one minor it was there was a reduced menu which disappointed my parents when they met me as it lacked sandwiches but it still had the meal essentials. Gotta say too, Ubers are a damn sight cheaper in KTown than in Colchester for what are identical sized places.
