Wonderful guest house in the heart of Keswick. My room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. There is a comfortable guest lounge with complementary cake, hot drinks and an honesty bar. Together with off road parking and the warmest of welcomes from Nicky & Paul this was a perfect stay.

First class. Better than any hotel I've stayed in
I quickly felt welcome, the property was immaculate and everything had been thought of. I enjoyed a piece of freshly baked cake on arrival!

Very hospitable and knowledgable B & B
Nicky and Paul were great hosts - very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast and option of light evening meal useful after a long day on the fells. Also lots of interesting books about the Lakes and photography. Guest lounge with home made cake a nice touch.

Very comfortable
A warm welcome with coffee and homemade cake. Room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. There were plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and the lake was only a short walk away. The perfect base.

Great Two Night Break
Enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely well appointed room. Especially great to have a fridge since we were having a March heatwave!
The breakfast on both mornings was tasty, well presented and cooked to order. The eggs benedict were the best I have ever had. Happy to recommend a stay here and would go back.
