Greystoke House

This is now our number one go to B and B in Keswick, this was our third year. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We have the same room each time which is cosy and just right with an excellent and powerful shower. It is ideally located for our hiking adventures and visits to the town in the evening. The breakfast is excellent and filling with a good choice from the basics to the famous British fry up, lovely food. It's nice to have a drying room which is very unusual, but especially useful in December. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment, it's a great B and B and the prices are very reasonable, can't fault the business.

A last minute booking after a late cancellation by another hotel. A perfect quiet street location within a short walking distance to all Keswick has to offer. Quiet in the clean and comfortable hotel, no problems at all and perfect hosts who serve up a hearty breakfast that sees you through the day.

First trip to Keswick but not the last. Grateful to the Greystoke for stepping in at the last minute after a previous booking elsewhere was cancelled. A quiet location but close enough for walking into the town. No problems booking in or during the 3 days stay. Beware of the big breakfasts - you may not want to move afterwards - but they set you up nicely for the day of exploring the area. A great view from the street on a crisp sunny day.

Great value for money. Very clean, comfortable bed, decent shower, excellent cooked breakfast. The owners really look after you. Easy check in / out procedure and excellent communications. Easy walking distance to Keswick town centre.

Another fantastic new year stay at the greystoke. Room was perfect, lovely and warm and spacious and the large bed was so comfy. Self check in was easy and convenient. Everything you want for breakfast, it was delicious. Jon and Emma and of course Noah are brilliant hosts, very friendly and are happy to help with anything, suggesting lovely walks to do. Excellent location 2 minutes walk to the amenities of Keswick, we'll definatley return.
